Casa Zacapa (Rum House) perfekt für Familien und Paare. Das Hotel liegt am Leeward Highway am östlichen Ende der Insel und bietet einen 180-Grad-Blick auf den Atlantik.

Das 2014 fertiggestellte Hotel bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für einen außergewöhnlichen Urlaub mit Freunden und der Familie benötigen.

Erbaut auf einer Ebene hat es mehr als 3000 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche, verteilt auf 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer ensuites. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschküche, 2 Großbildfernseher und ein kleinerer. We had an outstanding time at the property. The view is out of this world. The blue water is just crazy and sitting in the pool overlooking the water is amazing. The house was very clean and you have a full kitchen for easy cooking. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful relaxing setting

Everything was amazing! Beautiful views, super relaxing pool. Loved watching sunrise every morning from the back deck. Easy communication with Terry and Dwayna. Dined at Hemingways with the generous gift card and watched the sunset from the beach. Absolute paradise.

We had a wonderful week here. You will not find a better place and location for the price. The water is even prettier in person. I had to take my sunglasses off a few times to make sure I was really seeing those amazing colors of the water. Hemingways was our favorite restaurant on the island. If you are debating this property... just book it!! Terry and his assistant are top notch. I promise you won't be disappointed. We are well traveled and picky... this property checked everything we wanted and exceeded out expectations.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Terry’s home for my 50th birthday trip! It was truly a trip of a lifetime. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely fruit tray and a welcome drink. The views from the home are breathtaking, and we loved the privacy; it felt like we had the ocean all to ourselves. On calm days, walking in the ocean felt like a never-ending experience. We also enjoyed the infinity pool and deck, which were well equipped with floats, chairs, and even some beer left in the cooler by Terry.The home was cozy yet spacious enough for all nine of us. For our last night, we celebrated with a fabulous catered dinner at the house from Hemmingway’s. It was the perfect ending to our vacation! Grace Bay Beach and nearby restaurants were super convenient. Terry and Dwayna were very responsive throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The Price and View are Fantastic!

We had a beautiful view and plenty of space. We loved having our own pool with a view. The owner is very responsive if you need anything or have questions.Very quiet & private. A Great place for Family or Couples. It is a Large House with Laundry, large back patio, a pool and a View of the ocean! Book and Enjoy!

Nice place for couples or families

Nice villa. Laid out well for time together and space to get away from each other.The pool area was great. Kitchen area opens up to pool area too, which is great for seeing what is going on outside while preparing meals.Dock area was great for laying out. Decent snorkeling along rocks off the dock.All in all great place for two couples or a family to enjoy this amazing island

A Caribbean Escape You Will Never Forget

Our stay at this Caribbean paradise was absolutely unforgettable. The breathtaking views from the property were a feast for the eyes, making every sunrise and sunset feel like a masterpiece. The hospitality of the host Terry and his assistant Dwayna was outstanding-they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for during our stay. Safety was never a concern, as the property was well maintained and located in a secure area, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our family vacation. Spacious Yet Cozy Paradise Home

Great Oceanfront Villa!

Our family of five adults had a wonderful holiday week at Casa Zacapa! The oceanfront views were expansive and amazing; the house was clean, spacious, and well appointed with a great layout inside and out; the beds and furniture were very comfortable; and the location was peaceful and private but close to Grace Bay. We swam off the dock everyday. It’s a very relaxing and fun outdoor setup which includes a barbecue and bar by the pool. Also Terry was so welcoming and very responsive. His restaurant Hemingway’s was delicious and on the beach. We hated to leave and want to return soon! We highly recommend this villa.
