Great location. Beautiful villa. Very clean. Love the proximity to Taylor Bay (best beach on the planet!). The unexpected added cost of electricity (beyond the limited allotment) caught us by surprise, especially for such a hot time of the year. Would recommend staying here.

Everything was great. Did know about the 200 electric allowance unless in agreement and I missed it. The clock on stove was not working which affected the oven which I am sure will be fixed. AC in master bedroom had issues.

As the pictures and other guests described, the property is older but didn’t take away from the comfort, being well equipped, safe, and the view is fantastic. Property manager awesome. We would gladly return to this property!

The views from everyplace were gorgeous, the host was super responsive and helpful to every communication. An excellent and wonderful stay and location. Fully stocked with all the fun things and necessary things for a pleasant stay. We love swimming off the dock and the short walk to the beach and tennis. We are grateful to have chosen this place. There was a good bit of traffic in front but that also made for interesting watching.

Property is absolutely beautiful. House is very well equipped for all of your needs including kitchen, beach chairs and more. Many thanks to property management and owners for the experience. I already miss waking to the sound of the waves and beautiful sunsets.

Our familiy can not say enough positive things about our stay. We had open and prompt communication with the owner. On arrival we had pleasant little treats present. The kitchen was well stocked, would ask for a crock pot to be present for those prep and leave meals. Beds were comfy, although who would know after long playful days, we literally passed out hitting the sheets. TCI is HOT/HUMID making the air conditioning at night a welcome reprieve. POOL volleyaball is a summer staple with yours being AWESOME. The downstairs gameroom and ocean front deck allowed easy access to fun time for all. Check out was flawless. In the event we needed an assist with a recommendation or restock of water, property manager Julian was super efficient. THANK YOU for the lovely stay and our loud crazy family, this was just what we all needed. The Martin and Recker Families of Ohio, 9 in all.

Perfect Water and Sunsets

We were very happy overall with our stay and the Management and Owner were very responsive. I highly recommend this property if you plan a visit to Provo in the near future.

Amazing place! This is our second time staying here and highly recommend this beautiful home. There were 4 adults couples in our group and plenty of room for us all. Julian welcomed us on time, had good communication and was easy to work with. You are a little bit of a drive to the tourist area of Grace Bay but it is worth it. We love this island, the people and delicious food!

Fantastic villa!

WOW is this villa spectacular! Sunsets galore, loved being able to walk to the beach easily by either land or sea. Surprising amount of sealife right at our dock. Great communication with the owner and Julian. We'll be back!

Sunset Point Paradise

Great location and wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful home for vacation. Pool, ocean views, easy walk to the beach and tons of space to spread out whether you’re with one family or more. The owner and management company are super responsive and communicative making it easy all the way around. Very private yet easy enough drive to whatever you need or want to do on the island. The home came with all the basic amenities you need making it nicer than other rentals I’ve experienced in the past. Absolutely met or exceeded our expectations.

Amazing Trip

Property was very clean and very well stocked with anything we would need. We had ages ranging from 9-75 in our group and we had everything to accommodate the young kids. Sea turtles and sting ray were a highlight to view from the dock. Walking in the water to Taylor Beach was beautiful! We will definitely be back.

House is in a great location. Not a great layout for families staying with young children. Master is in a separate villa from other bedrooms. Mosquitoes were unbearable which is understandable but charging us extra to run air conditioning continuously when we can’t open windows because of poor screens or sit outside in the evenings is horrible. For charging 1250/night I should be able to run AC.
