Beautiful 3 bedroom chalet in Le Biot, close to slopes/lakes - Portes du Soleil

Beautiful cosy chalet, extremely comfortable, ideal after a long day skiing or hiking. The chalet can sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms.
The open plan lounge/kitchen-diner, opens on to a south facing terrace, which gives stunning views of the Col. Situated at 1231m in a peaceful setting, but within 15-25 mins drive to many resorts within the Portes du Soleil ski area (600km pistes), ski somewhere different every day! Lakes, hiking and MTB trails are also close. The chalet is also a Multipass member so guests can benefit from approx 70 activities for just 3 euros per day!!

The chalet is new to us and currently being refurbished, the chalet will be ready to rent from March 2026. There will be more photos added as the renovation takes place. Ground Level:
The garage provides a secure lock up for ski equipment and bikes. (We plan to add a heated boot warmer, some time during 2026/27.)

First Floor:
The open plan lounge/kitchen-diner, is equipped with comfy sofas, TV and board games. There is a dining table suitable for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen. (We plan to add a wood burner, some time during 2026/27.)

There is a shower room and toilet on this level, along with a Bunk Room which sleeps 2 people.

Second Floor:
The top floor houses 1 x Twin Room sleeping 2 people and 1 x Family room sleeping 4 people (1 x King, 2 x Single)
