Great host, huge balcony with a great view, all the amenities of home, beautiful beach. Beach chairs and umbrella are a nice included bonus. Plenty of waterfront dining options close by. Didn’t spend much time at the pool but it was also very nice. Would stay at Breakers East again.

Designated parking for one vehicle under the building. One free beach setup. Beach is never too crowded here. Great location. Lots of amenities.

This is a fabulous unit with a stunning view of the gulf. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with all upscale appliances. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Amazing, awesome!

We were all impressed with the place. it was one of the greatest vacation stays ever. Very clean condo and well taken cared off. Thumbs off to the person who cleans it and arranges the towels and tissue so beautifully. We ended up extending our stay one more day. The manager was always readily available by phone or text. We can't wait to plan our next vacation to Destin, and will definitely book this condo again.

Perfection!

This property was absolute perfection. The parking spot was prime, the property grounds were clean and well kept, the location was centrally located on the Destin strip. Just a few steps to the beach with the heated pool for when the beach was a red flag. The condo itself was clean and well maintained. Their attention to the little details made our trip even better. I can’t say enough about this experience. Looking forward to staying with this host again soon!

Very clean and comfortable condo on the beach with an awesome view. The only real complaint would be the shutters in second did not darken the bedroom enough from exterior lights, should be replaced or add curtains.

Condo kitchen is very nice and fully equipped. This unit needs a good Spring cleaning and a little TLC. Remove the dirty carpet, new paint, and new towels and MB comforter would be a good start. The condo is nice and we would stay again if at least the carpet was gone.

Unit has a fabulous view of gulf. It was quiet and well furnished. Having beach set up service included was very convenient. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Unit did have a musty smell. There was water damage that left a section of dining area ceiling damaged that may have contributed to smell. Only other issue was master suite mattress is extra firm. Not a necessarily negative but a preference issue. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a great place to land on the Panhandle! We best appreciated the easy access to the beach, & it’s hard to beat waking up to a cup of coffee on the balcony & a walk along the beach. Starbucks, Dunkin, Baskin Robbins & Chick-fil-a within walking distance were welcome surprises for the kids who like to break up the beach days. They could also play cornhole, pickleball, swim in the pool & play beach volleyball on site. There was a nice security guard who even helped them look for a wayward volleyball in the bushes one evening!The kitchen was well supplied, they had a coffee grinder on site (we brought our own just in case). There were signs of wear on the baseboards & cabinets in the kitchen & bathrooms-it wasn’t newly renovated but it was comfortable & there was ample space to store personal effects while there. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was stocked okay, bathrooms were clean and good size, bedrooms okay but pillows need to be replaced. We bought new ones to use and took them home. Carpet in bedrroms needed cleaning badly, and living room sofa and chair needs replaced. They are the same as were in the condo in 2017 as Higgins rented it. Hope for new furniture when we come back next February.
