This condo is great. The kids and parents loved it! There are some toys that people leave by the pool so you don’t need to bring any! They also had a box fan. We enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary Trip

This property and location was just what we wanted and expected. Access to the beach and the other surrounding events was the best I’ve ever encountered on my trips previous trips to Florida in the past. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The truth is, the stay was fantastic. It had everything you needed. It was very central, with shops, restaurants, and supermarket just 5 to 8 minutes away. I highly recommend it... and I would definitely book again.

Reviewer Comments: Don't typically go to Destin this early in the year and I must say, so relaxing - traffic very minimal, in and out places quickly, nothing was sold out, very pleasant. And of course, the unit was perfection! Clean and very well renovated. Had one issue (really non-issue) and management took care of it almost immediately. Will be back!

Very clean apartment with a great view

I have to say that the apartment was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is very rare for me to say outside of my own home. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. Whenever I had a question prior to arriving, the manager got right back to me. They were very patient with me and I appreciated that.
