KOSTENLOSE LIEFERUNG täglich! Sterling Sands ist eine atemberaubende, hochwertig, Golf-Front Eigentum, Recht auf den Zucker-weißen Sandstrand von Destin. Diese 8 stöckige Komplex im Herzen von Destin umgibt sich mit einem der Bereich der größten und am wenigsten überfüllten Strand Fronten. Genießen Sie die Strände und den großen, beheizten Außenpool im Freien, den Whirlpool, den Gasgrill und das neu gestaltete Fitnesscenter. Zu unserer Einheit gehören 2 Liegestühle und 1 Sonnenschirm mit dem Strandeinrichtungsservice. Ein zusätzlicher Strandservice ist verfügbar, um Kajaks und Surfbretter zu mieten. Dieses 2-Zimmer-Einheit verfügt über einen Balkon Zugang über den Wohnbereich. Die gesamte Einheit ist von einem Innenarchitekten eingerichtet. Dieses Apartment verfügt über Fliesen im Wohnbereich und einen NEUEN Teppich in den Schlafzimmern. Es ist mit 2 kompletten Sofas und einem Rocker-Sessel ausgestattet. Ein Sofa verwandelt sich in ein Queensize-Bett. Die anderen Sofa und passenden Liege sind aus weißem Leder und sind oben auf der Linie mit Elektroliegen ringsum. Ein großer Flachbild-TV / DVD ist im Wohnraum für die einfache Anzeige in der gesamten Einheit. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Esstisch für 6 Personen und zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über Badewanne / Dusche, ein Kingsize-Bett, und montiert Flachbild-TV. Es gibt kostenlose Hallo-Speed-Internetverbindung im gesamten Gebäude. Das zusätzliche Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Schrank ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine / Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Wir haben BRAND NEW Teppichboden in den Schlafzimmern und Fliesen in allen anderen Bereichen.

Sterling Sands zeigt seine neue Außen Renovierungen mit Fertiger rund um den Pool-Bereich, neue Pool Badezimmer, gefliesten Gehwege und Außenanstrich. Der Pool und der Whirlpool liegen wunderschön am Golf von Mexiko. Es gibt auch einen Automatenbereich mit Snacks, Getränken und Eis. Great location and awesome stay!Super easy walk to The Back Porch—either along the beach or the road—and the food was amazing! It’s right across from The Track, which was so much fun for the whole family. The condo is right on the beach with a nice view of the pool and hot tub. Everything felt really safe, and the place was super clean. Check-in was a breeze, and communication was easy. We ended up adding an extra night because we just weren’t ready to leave!

Awesome property

The owners were so amazing with their kindness and communication. Anything you could possibly need was available at the property. The location was perfect and close to everything. Amazing place, amazing people.

The condo is unbelievably clean and well appointed. Ocean front view from a great property that is all well maintained. This is our 2nd year coming to this condo and it is consistently great. The check in process is made extremely easy and accommodating from Miss Ronda. She is a wonderful person with a fantastic family. My family and I couldn’t be happier. All of the folks who stay here seem to come back year after year and are all very friendly. The building has a nice grilling area that lots of folks gather and visit while preparing dinner. We’ve been on many vacations, but none feel as welcoming and relaxing as the Sterling sands property. Thank you for everything!!

Incredible place

We had one of our best trips ever! This place is perfect for your family. This condo has everything you need. The murphy bed was perfect for my two littles. The process to book was smooth and seamless. I literally booked the day before and still had everything I needed for our check-in the next day. The condos location to the beach was absolutely perfect. The bonus for us were the beach chairs, especially with littles. You don't have to be out on the beach each morning to reserve your chairs because they already have your name on them. Communication with Rhonda was amazing. She was so sweet and beyond helpful. She had some beach toys and boards for the kids to use, too. We are already thinking of our next trip back!

Fantastic beach

This unit would benefit from a deep clean. It definitely showed signs of wear and tear and quick turnovers. The owners were excellent at communicating and responding to our concerns. The beach and pool were fantastic. The fact that we received an umbrella and two chairs set up on the beach was helpful. The location was convenient and the views of the gulf were gorgeous. We watched dolphins from the balcony on the nice mornings before going to the beach. The elevators were not always readily available, but since it is a second floor unit we made use of the stairways often. When we needed the elevators for luggage the wait wasn’t too long. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The owners were attentive and made checking in easy. The beach couldn’t have been better and that was our main reason for being there. The kitchen had everything we needed and we prepared breakfast and lunch each day. We went out for dinner at restaurants and there were lots of great options nearby. We wished it had been cleaner when we arrived, but we still enjoyed our five night stay.

Perfect spot for our young family of 4!!!

This condo was perfect for our family of four beach trip! The view is incredible and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The complex is very nice, well maintained, and family friendly. The fitness center was under repair while we were there, so cannot speak to that but it has a view overlooking the ocean. The condo is a short walk to the elevator and then from the elevator you walk under the building, through the pool area, and to one of two beach boardwalks that access the beach. It was a very easy walk with two small children and carrying lots of beach toys and gear. The two chairs and umbrella that are included was a wonderful bonus! The complex is smaller than some of the others around it, so the beach and pool never felt crowded. My husband and I came with our three year old twins and the spare bedroom (with the Murphy bed, we did not use) was just big enough to fit two blow up toddler beds. The spare room was much smaller than I expected, but it worked for what we needed. The master bedroom is right across from the spare room and both are by the entry door to the condo and share a wall with the outside/hallway to the elevator, but noise was never a problem. The management team was very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. I would not hesitate to book this unit again in the future!

A great week at the beach

Really liked the location of the condo and beach access. I didn't pay attention to notice that the master bedroom is in the rear of the unit, so that is on me... just don't expect to open the windows and listen to the surf. The HOA was overbearing the day that we checked in... busy bodying around telling us what we couldn't do... but they quickly disappeared after the check in day. Our hosts were fantastic and answered our few questions very quickly. They were very kind and welcoming. Overall, I would stay again, but I would look for a unit with an ocean front bedroom.

Great beach spot

Great location and lovely pool. The only downside is they don't provide many comfort items/necessities (coffee, beach towels, pack n play, etc). So, if you fly in and arrive later in the evening, you have to go to the store first thing instead of the beach. Not a big deal if you plan ahead, just something to be aware of.

I purchased this property because as a child I used to vacation with my family in Destin and we stayed on this property, Silver Beach cottages. We made great memories and since purchasing in the new development have had the same wonderful experience with my family.

Unless you are sitting seaside in a Caribbean resort, it would be difficult to get a better view. The sand in Destin is unique. It is so white and fine that they call it "sugar" sand. Make sure you bring your sun glasses as the reflection off the beautiful sand is bright. Sunsets here paint a new and more beautiful picture each evening that will make for lasting memories. The balcony overlooks God's beauty at a single glance..a memory that you will take with you and will draw you back again and again. If you likes walks on the beach, it doesn't get any better...
