The property was not only clean it was Beyond Beautiful, quiet, comfortable, not to mention the porch omg it was so peaceful and the views couldn’t get any better, we watched the beautiful fireworks, saw a couple of dolphins. Watching the boaters it couldn’t get any better. I want to say a huge thank you to Jody who helped me every step of the way, she answered every question if she didn’t know the answer she would find out and call me back. Jody is Amazing. She was very kind and courteous every step of the way. I also want to say a big thank you to Cynthia while Jody was out a few days she left me in good hands. Thank you so much for all you do. We are planning to come back next year for an entire week hopefully we can stay at the same place. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Everyone was well pleased🙏🏽

The property was clean and had great amenities. Location is away from the big waves, busy traffic, and businesses but a close drive. My only complaint is that I wish it was mentioned how far the beach was. It is not easy to tell from pictures that the sand, which was just outside the property, does not lead to the water. There is a barrier and rocks. The walk is doable but about 1/4 mile either direction. People who have a lot of gear may have an issue going around the fenced in area, which makes the walk longer. The coves on the west are a draw for families with small kids, but maybe not as much for adults.

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo and the views that came along with it. The private beach area was also really nice! We had some very minor issues with cleanliness but I would still come back again for vacation.

Great location

Great location! With perfect views from the balcony. Property was clean and easy to access. However the furniture was very large in all rooms. We traveled with a 5-year-old and a 5-month-old and had no room on the floor for the 5-month-old because of the oversized furniture. It seemed a bit over decorated. Even the decorations had decorations. The bathroom counter had a huge vase on it and no room for toiletries. The table took up most of the dining area. Luckily weather permitted us to eat out on the balcony. The owner provided us with two beach chairs which was very nice. The dryer took very long to dry clothes and didn't allow us to wash all of our clothes because of that reason. Would recommend this for maybe two older couples without children. We watched dolphins and sea turtles from the balcony which was very awesome. A very nice condo. But due to its size and all of the furniture in it it's not large enough for a family with children in my opinion.. rthtathatweatpermitted us to eat on the balcony.

Beautiful Space!

We loved staying here! It was an unexpected stay as we had evacuated for hurricane Milton. The space was beautiful and our granddaughter loved the pool. The only drawback was that we didn't realize that we had a little walk to access the gulf and that we couldn't do that from the little beach just outside the property. It was fine though, because the area where we did access the gulf was like a little inlet and was very quiet at times and almost private. Other times it was busy with families and children all gathered together to build sand castles and enjoyed seeing the fish in the water! We would definitely stay here again!

Second time we’ve stayed here. First time was nicer. None of the codes to the gates ever worked, we had roaches and mold on bathroom's ceiling. I love this location though.

Not crowded, has tide pools which have no waves and plenty of fish & hermit crabs. There are also lifeguards on duty. *Perfect view of the summer fireworks shows on Mondays & Thursdays; seen directly from the condo balcony as they set them off in the water right by the bridge. *We were initially worried about construction next door but nothing was happening besides a fence being up. *Can relax and play on the beach directly attached to the property but there is no water access from there. Cons: *No shaded parking *Only one elevator was working and it was painfully slow. Lots of people needed up taking the stairs*There are lots of codes to remember but they are easy once to recall you use them over and over *The condo floors were dirty. Our feet were black underneath on the first night. If this bothers you call housekeeping right away*The gate to Norriego Point Beach is locked with a bike lock but it was loose enough for us to sneak through. We also used the rocks along the wall to climb around the fence. *The posting online says the check in time is 4PM but it is actually 5PM once you get the check in instructions *No beach towels or chairs - bring what you need for the beach including shade. Can walk about 15-20 mins to O'Steen Beach where you can rent chairs and an umbrella *We heard noise coming from the condo above ofte

Somewhat disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The main reason we booked this unit was the location - it was on the beach. But the advertisement and the photos were somewhat misleading. Imagine our surprise when we got out on the balcony and realize we cannot swim there. To swim in the ocean, you must walk to the beaches and they are not near, especially when you are carying all the stuff with you. If we wanted that we would’ve booked a less expensive, across the street from the beach type of property. To access the beach on the right of the property, you must go through the main gate (the one you drive through) because the other gates are locked with a cord lock. The apartment was cute, but could’ve been cleaner. Lots of dust everywhere so if you have allergies like we do, this may be an issue. The appointment does offer a beautiful views (minus the unfinished metal wall in the front with black plastic sticking out).Sad to say but we would not recommend the property or would stay there again.

Great Vacation Stay for the family

This a great week of vacation for our family of 4. It was so nice to have the beautiful view. Destin has so many places to dine in but sometime it was nice to be able to use the full kitchen and eat in the condo. We would stay here again!
