🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Unassigned parking is available for up to two vehicles in the Mammoth View Villas community lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Stairs: This second-floor condo requires climbing multiple flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community hot tub, sauna, charcoal BBQ grills (summer only), and coin-operated laundry. Spa hours are 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Laundry room hours are 8:30 AM–9:30 PM.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOML-CPAN-15118.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
