This beautifully renovated, pet-friendly two-bedroom, two-bath condo is the perfect cozy spot for your Mammoth getaway! Thoughtfully remodeled throughout, the lower-level unit features wood-tile floors, granite countertops, and stylish mountain décor to create a warm and welcoming retreat. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers double-size bunk beds, perfect for families or groups. TVs in every room ensure everyone can relax with their favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen, with a charming window overlooking the trees, has everything you need to prepare meals at home. The cozy living area invites you to unwind by the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV, or gather around the dining table with seating for six. A pull-out sofa bed offers additional sleeping space, making this unit comfortable for up to six guests. The home is non-smoking and pet-friendly. Located in the highly desirable Mammoth Estates community, you’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. This is the perfect year-round base for your mountain adventures, whether you're visiting in winter for skiing, snowboarding or in summer for hiking and outdoor fun. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to two unassigned outdoor parking spaces. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. Nice spot, location to village is great. A little small and dark.

Location was great. Really doesn't sleep 6 people, 4 adults don't sleep on two bunk beds unless they're couples -- someone slept on the couch which was disappointing. No map of the unit layout was provided with checkout so it was hard to find/get in.

Wonderfully accessible groundfloor unit. Fully stocked, quality kitchenware except there were no wine glasses. Very grateful of the dog friendliness of the unit. 🩷 All bedding was very comfortable too!Overall awesome, comfy, very welcoming place!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Staff was very responsive and the place was better than advertised. Ski in ski out is def in play at this property. Would stay here again.

Great Great And Greater!

This property did NOT disappoint!!! It is modern, upgraded and super comfortable. The location is perfect to get to the Village, head up to the lakes or get up to the lifts! We have spend many years in Mammoth, and this location was best off ANY!!! We couldn’t possibly expect anything more or better. Great Rec room/area, pool was immaculate and the parking was super convenient.

Sleds, dog crate, & camping chairs provided (stored under the beds). Great for two parents plus 2 college aged kids.6 people would be very crowded. Master bed is small and lumpy. One fan provided but suggest you bring fans for the evenings in the bedrooms.Bathrooms are small. Overall, great stay!

Nice quaint condo BUT

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked your property as the location was good but a few things: I could hear every step of the neighbors who lived upstairs so I had no sleep. Also no one was shoveling the snow so getting into the property stepping on ice was dangerous. Perhaps that is the responsibility of each person staying in the unit. The bathroom in the master was a bit small with a shower head that was not too strong (drops of water). I did really like the living room with a GREaT sofa and a very nice equipped kitchen.

Excellent Ski Condo

Very nice condo and excellent location. My family of four (plus dog) has rented many condos in Mammoth over the years. This condo was a winner. We had no problem parking near the condo. The unit warmed up very quickly and there are separate heaters in each room. The entry has tons of hooks for hanging up wet gear and a dedicated area for stowing skis & boots. The living room fireplace and TV were easy to operate. The kitchen had everything we needed, including paper towels, dishwasher tabs and condiments in the fridge. There was a Keurig as well as a conventional coffee maker with filters and a variety of K-cups. Each sink had pump liquid soap. We brought a crate for our dog, but noticed that there was a crate provided under the bed in the master. The showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. WiFi was good. Lots of outlets/usb chargers in each room, which was super convenient. You can see the Canyon Blue Line shuttle stop 70 from the kitchen window, and it is literally less than a two-minute walk. The walk to the Village was less than ten minutes, and you can hop the shuttle back if you prefer. We did not use it, but it was also a very short walk to the community hot tub and recreation room, which had ping pong and pool tables. If I'm going to be picky, the only cons were (i) the heater in the master bedroom was VERY LOUD when it came on and scared me & my dog awake a few times, (ii) you can hear the upstairs occupants walking around (we were lucky that we had considerate neighbors and not loud party-people), and (iii) the master bedroom and both bathrooms were a little small. If you are considering using the hot tub, then bring pool towels as none are provided. That being said, we would stay here again. And we are very picky!!

Great Vacation Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a cute and very convenient condo. The inside has been nicely updated and the location is a short 5-minute walk to the village. There was ample parking which was close to the front door of the condo. Makes it easy to carry luggage for a family of 5. My girls also loved the pool and hot tub in the complex. Even though the unit is close to the pool, it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Overall, we loved the location and this condo. We will happily stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was not ready until 5:35 for check in as it had not been cleaned on time. It was just the two of us and did not need the 2nd bedroom . The weather was nice but it would have been nice to have some fans as it was stuffy at night trying to sleep. Also it was missing chairs and a table on the deck. For $300 a night would expect this standard amenity. The slider screen had holes in it allowing bugs to get in. I think a cleaning fee charged per day is excessive since no one cleaned it until after we left. Other then that it was comfortable and had everything we needed. We we were planning on bringing our dog but decided against it because of the 6 hour drive.

A relaxing getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went to Mammoth to revisit the area that we had been when we were young. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary. It had changed a lot over the last 40 years, but was still beautiful. Just built up so much. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. Very nice that it was all on one level, as we don't do stairs well anymore. The gas fireplace was a nice touch, very realistic. The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans, measuring cups and spoons. All in all, a great location to relax. Close to skiing and town. Stores near by as well. Condo well kept up with room for 6. Small patio off the living room, great for sitting and a small Bar-B-Que.
