Dieses wunderschöne Refugium in den Bergen ist ein Gast Favorit mit einer erstaunlichen Lage auf der anderen Straßenseite von der Village and Canyon Gondola. Jeder, der einen luxuriösen und komfortablen Aufenthalt in den Bergen verbringen möchte, wird diesen Urlaubsort lieben. Dies wird schnell zu Ihrem Lieblingsort, um das ganze Jahr über zu bleiben. Im Sommer können Sie Ihre Haustür mit dem Mountain Bike hinunter zum Village fahren, um in den Shuttle zu steigen und nach einem langen Tag auf dem Weg zur��ck zur Wohnung auf dem Bergweg zu gelangen, der direkt zum Komplex führt! Das Dorf hat jedes Wochenende ein Festival und Musikkonzerte. Schnappen Sie sich etwas zu essen, gehen Sie in die Nachtclubs, gehen Sie einkaufen oder massieren Sie sich. Es gibt immer etwas zu tun und Sie müssen nie in Ihr Auto steigen! Im Winter können Sie zur Gondel laufen und in weniger als 5 Minuten auf der Piste sein. Sobald Sie hier sind, wissen wir, dass Sie immer wieder kommen wollen - es ist der perfekte Ort!

Seitliche Notizen - das kleine Loft-Zimmer ist winzig und für einen Teenager oder Kinder geeignet. Die Wohnung hat eine offene Treppe, die für kleine Kinder nicht sicher sein kann. Haustiere sind für $ 150 nicht zurückerstattet pro Haustier erlaubt.

Not satisfied with the unit for the price we paid

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this property: The unit needs a thorough remodel and an interior makeover. Please note that one of the beds is located in a den that is the size of the bed with no windows or doors. It’s basically hanging over the kitchen table area. Not sure if it’s permitted and built by the code. Overall, the townhouse feels and looks poor and needs major revamp.

Great spot but I wouldn’t stay there for a week again. Condo needs to be updated. Cable was out the whole time we were there which was annoying. Will definitely be booking this again for long weekend trips!

Exactly what we needed

The property is nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed (cooking items/utensils, soap/shampoo, TV etc) and was walking distance to the village. We stayed for a snowboarding trip and while the space is not huge, it worked for us. I do think it could have been a little cleaner... we found some garbage and a dirty diaper under the couch that the cleaners must have missed.. but otherwise it was fine. We'd stay there again.

Convenient location with poor communication

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. The location is absolutely perfect given its proximity to both the ski back trail as well as the village. The check-in process was streamlined, although it forced you to download an additional application. The beds are comfortable and the linens are soft. There is significant wear to the property with holes in the walls and multiple lights switches that do not work as well as lights that have no appropriate lights. The communication with the property managers is absolutely nonexistent, and they did not respond to a single inquiry about specifics of the home after chick-in. Additionally, they stated simply that they will not respond to early/late check in or out inquiries. Mind you we did not request to check in early or check out late, however, it seems as though this blanket statement reflects their overall disinterested in communicating at all with their guests. Unfortunately, at this stage, I will be seeking other properties to rent within this complex as there are many, and with others I have stayed. I have had significantly better communication.

Nice place great location

We really liked staying here. Price was good, location is awesome, and over all it's very comfortable. The two bed rooms are comfortable and spacious. Things are a bit old like the bathrooms but fully working. The fire place was a great addition.

Perfect location a block from The Village

Great condo with three private beds. The location is perfect for those that like to stay by the village. The ski back trail, if open, takes you straight to the property with a small hill climb. The hot tub and sauna were a nice perk.

It was nice. There were a couple issues we had…we told management and they seemed appreciative of information and said they would take care of them so hopefully they do. Unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t work either. There was plenty of firewood, bed comfortable. The location is the best and easy to get to.

Great location - can walk to gondola and village. Accurate description and pictures. Responsive to my emails with a couple questions. The door code/lock system was a little tricky but we figured it out. Hot tub was open and nice! It was also nice that it was dog friendly.

Nice size condo right next to the village. Condo was a little older a might need some updating BUT it is PET friendly. Our family enjoyed staying there. Bedroom upstairs above kitchen is VERY SMALL good for a couple of kids only. Kitchen a little on the small size but average for Mammoth condo.

Further, the TV is set up for all the right apps, and most important for my family, the cooking equipment provided was top notch. Great Locaton Close to Village

We enjoyed our stay in Mammoth thanks to being able to make a last minute reservation here. We arrived late, but parking and getting into the unit was very easy. The condo was clean (did not smell of pets though pets are allowed), the beds were very comfortable (one of the beds is in a small nook at the top of some interesting stairs - bring a light up there for the night if you need to use restroom etc!), plenty of fans and heat, and communication with the owners was excellent. Nice to walk to The Village. Also appreciated the coffee and brita water filter! Thank you!

Great Location & perfect for family of 4!

Loved your condo and would book it again! Thank you. Comfy beds and easy access to everything. Nice to have the 2 full baths! Not a big deal at all but probably time to update the dishware. Lots of cracked or chipped cups and dishes and some of the cups leak because of the cracking (not a deal breaker for us). I would also suggest more dish towels. Will be looking to book again soon. Enjoy the snow!
