The Space:

Casa Famlee 1 & 2 is a duplex comprised of two separate units (Upper and Lower Suites) that sleep a total of 10 people comfortably (4 Bedroom - 3 queen Bed and 1 King Bed and two optional air mattresses). Get both units if you book this joint listing!



Casa Famlee 1 ( Ground Level Suite) offers independent units with private entrance with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, a covered patio with outdoor sitting and dining area, barbeque, and heated pool.



Casa Famlee 2 (Upper Suite) is a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, outdoor sitting (balcony) area, dining, barbeque, and heated hot tub, and amazing view.



While each unit is separate and private, both villas have access to each other when rented together.



Indoor-related amenities for both villas include individually controlled air conditioning and heating, linen and towels provided, beach towels, and a fully-equipped laundry room with high-efficiency front-load washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, steam shower, wifi, and SmartTV's.



The kitchen in each suite comes with a pantry, a wet bar, GE appliances (oven, dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove top). Kitchens are fully stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, spice rack, roasting pan, and kettle.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to entire home and property that is rented. Access to private beach, Cabo Bello - only a 7 minute walk from the house.



The Neighborhood:

Gated neighborhood of single detached homes. Quiet, secure and private.

Le Comer supermarket, Home Depot, Costco, Walmart, Downtown Cabo San Lucas, Marina, 45 minutes from airport. 45 minutes from downtown San Jose del Cabo.

Private beach, Cabo Bello is a 7 minute walk.

We supply the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler!



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended; however, there are many local taxicab companies.

our driver, Ivan Carmona is a licensed driver and can arrange pickup and drop off to the airport, arrange day trips and take you to and from downtown Cabo or San Jose for a per trip fee.



Other Things to Note:

The duplex Casa Famlee 1 & 2 is located in a private gated community within Cabo Bello with 24 hour security.



Before going to the property, all guests are required to check in at the main gate first. There are no exceptions - this is the ensure the safety of the entire neighborhood community.
