The property was great with beautiful views. There is some wear on the property in certain places, but everything worked as expected and the concierge was very attentive. The neighborhood is also very safe and well located.

Elevator not working and terribly rusted,plenty of exercise lugging suitcases and groceries 4 floors up. had a bad start with no hot water and Was fixed on 2nd day and a visit on third day again to do something. Slide on pool is definitely not usable. Dario the house person was awesome on everything. Great house for the price but a few hiccups someone needs to pay attention to a better maintenance program.

We all had a fabulous time at the house. Perfect location and amazing city in Cabo San Lucas. House accommodated all 12 of us perfectly. Dario greeted us at arrival and gave the best hook ups for touring the city. Already planning to come back soon.

Villa Vista Pacifica did not disappoint

We loved this house, the number of suites w/ bathrooms, incredible views and pools. Communication leading up to the stay was wonderful. Our only disappointment was not being able to drop off groceries before check in but they are gracious in allowing you to drop off luggage early, which was VERY helpful. This older home is stunning, some deferred maintenance but really special nonetheless. We were 3 generations of family 17-78 and we wanted a trip that was built around a shared home with most meals at the house. We rented a car for a few days & relied on private driver to/from the airport and Ubers to/from town. Ubers were 5-10 depending on location, very convenient. Walking down to the Marina was 10-15 minutes, depending on pace. Walking back up was doable but we avoided. Active people did walk down/back to the Pedregal beach every day, beautiful but can’t enter the water . Dario, the onsite person for the house was incredible, so responsive it almost seemed like magic. He greeted us/oriented us to the house, responded to small issues rapidly. Cons: construction at neighboring homes during the weekdays was intense/obnoxious noise all day long. The other disappointment was Chef Martin. We hired him for a dinner and he didn’t show, sent staff instead. They were amazing. Prices changed, the grocery bill was insanely high and hard to get a receipt as is promised. Communication was poor & wouldn’t hire him again. The house is worth it! Beds are amazing! Overall very impressed.

Fantastic Trip!!!

We want to begin by saying we had an amazing week with our family at Villa Vista Pacifica. The views and sunsets were truly outstanding, and the location was perfect. The property is close to the beach and just a short drive to town, making trips to both quick and easy. The neighborhood of Pedregal is beautiful, and we felt safe with the 24/7 gated entrance and security. Pedregal also offers tennis and pickleball courts, a lovely court-side café, and the famous private Pedregal beach.However, while the setting and location were excellent, the house itself fell far short of our expectations. It was clear that the property had been well used and lacked the general maintenance it needed. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and all the rooms were spacious with their own bathrooms (except for the bunk room). We traveled with 8 adults and 4 kids, and the kids were incredibly excited about the slide from the upper pool to the lower pool, which we had heard so much about. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the coating on the slide had been coming off and that it wasn’t usable. This was a major disappointment, especially because the kids had been eagerly anticipating this for months. We felt like it had clearly been in disrepair for a while and lacked proper maintenance. Overall the house is amazing!! Just needs a little TLC

Awesome vacation

The house was perfect and wowed the whole family. Host and their team was great and followed up daily to make sure we had what we needed to maximize our time here. Chef service is excellent as well. Walk to town is downhill but doable for everyone in the group coming back is steep but we all made it multiple times. Uber was very affordable for the times we didn’t want to make the walk. The views are worth every step!

Excellent for adults

Our group consisted of those 45-55 years old, and given that 5 of the bedrooms were suites with private baths, it suited us very well. The 'common' space upstairs was perfect for our group of 10, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool was a bit cold initially but the house manager bumped up the temperature (it's gas heated), and from then on it, it was perfect. The dual refrigerator was priceless, allowing all our drinks to go into the pull out, and food in the upright. The ice maker was also a great addition. We were all very happy with the comfort of the beds, sheets and towels as well. Not much time was spent watching tv, but we were impressed by the sizes of the tv's as well, for those that did watch some sports.Our trip consisted of two chef and cocktail nights at the house, which was amazing, and I highly recommend if you are staying for any decent duration (we were a week). The location was also perfect for trips downtown, the marina (whale watching, booze, snorkling tour), or even to restaurants like Sunset Monalisa. With Uber easily accessible down here, we often were back and forth. Oh, and pickleball is close!Our only feedback for improvement would be to update the wifi, especially on the main, common floor area. You for instance can't get any reception in the master bedroom, and even in the common area, or patio you would only get one bar (making streaming music a challenge).Note on the kids bunks, one bunk is toddler size.

Our second stay at Villa Vista Pacifica!!!

We originally rented Villa Vista Pacifica for my 50th birthday a few years ago and we loved this home so much, that we decided to book it for our entire family for Christmas this year! It was just how we had remembered the home and everyone loved it! Dario, our Concierge was on point everyday for everything we needed such as drivers, booking excursions for us, arranging massages, and even running to the store for us and I greatly appreciated him! There is not one negative thing I can say about this home and the staff at Villa Vista Pacifica! I have referred this home to many of my friends due to the wonderful experiences that we have enjoyed here! I am currently working on a girls trip where we will of course, be staying here again soon! Thank you all again! We will see you soon!

Breathtaking Escape

What an incredible experience! The property is exactly as advertised - well maintained, perfect location, and stunning views of the ocean. We celebrated my partner's 40th with several couple-friends and everyone had an unforgettable experience. The villa is easy to get to, has spectacular views (we saw whales everyday!), two lovely (not huge - but great for soaking) pools, and a great kitchen where we prepared our meals. Dario, our concierge for our stay, checked in every day to see if we needed anything and responded extremely quickly the one or two times we had a request. The welcome snacks were a delightful surprise and the entire process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

The place was just fantastic for the 10 of us. The views from the balcony were spectacular! The tennis courts, pickleball courts nearby made us get out for a few games. The beach is accessible and so is downtown. No complaints at all.. would go by there again. Nacole was also responsive and arranged for a chef and help during our stay.

My family booked this beautiful older house in Pedregal for 3 consecutive weeks. It is in a gorgeous location with sweeping views of the Pacific. The house is generally well appointed though it is showing it’s age and is in need of structural repairs. The chef (Martin) and concierge (Dario) were fantastic, always available, and very welcoming. We also used the massage services which were a MUST! It is very well laid out for a large family to spend days and evenings together and enjoy the scenery, cooking together, and using the theater room (great for Karaoke). We did have one major incident with the owner which marred an otherwise fantastic trip. We had an event where the home lost power, running water, and flushable toilets due to a heavy rain (no neighbors had these problems, isolated to this house). There were several leaky ceilings within the house. Repairs were estimated to take at least two days. We had to move out of the home and find ourselves alternate accommodations (the owner did not offer to assist with this). It took 3 weeks of wrangling with the owner to get their consent to finally refund the two days where we were unable to stay at their home. Overall great rental with solid local management but would never return due to poor owner communication and lack of assistance provided when crisis occurred.
