I will first state that the views from this home is beautiful, but Just be prepared it states no hidden fees, if you have a chef you pay extra per day didn’t know that until we got there. Very limited water so be careful on your showers and washing dishes. We had to fill it up again at our cost, also it shows 4 bedroom but actually it’s 3 bedrooms and a game room. If you look at the pictures it shows 4 different beds but actually 1 of the beds is the same bed but different comforted, so it looks like 4 bedrooms but it’s not.

We are glad you enjoyed the views, however it is important to clarify several inaccurate statements in this review. The reservation was made for 8 guests, but 11 guests stayed at the property. During check-in, the guest refused to acknowledge the correct occupancy in order to avoid paying the additional guest fees required under the house rules clearly stated on the VRBO listing. Regarding the private chef, the guest did not inform us about having a chef until the same day of arrival and was informed by text message that there is an additional fee for external chefs. The guest also requested early access to the property, despite being informed several times that early check-in was not possible due to same-day departing guests. Even so, our team made every effort to accommodate the request and be onsite on time for the chef, who ultimately arrived one hour later than scheduled. The listing accurately reflects the property layout, including the game room and sleeping arrangements shown in the photos. As you can see from the reviews of this property over the last 6 years, we have always treated our guests with professionalism, respect, and a high level of service. However, we do expect honesty regarding occupancy and respect for house rules, property policies, and the staff working hard behind the scenes to assist our guests. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not recommend hosting this type of guest.

The pool and hot tub were AMAZING! Shirley was excellent at communicating and responsive during our stay. She was an excellent host. We loved the pickleball court as well. The one thing I think is important to note is the room with the ping pong table (Bedroom 5) connects to one of the king bedrooms. It can be seperated by glass sliding doors, but then bedroom 5 has no access to an indoor bathroom. They do have access to use the patio bathroom, just outside their door. Depending on your group and ages, this might be helpful to know before arriving. Overall, we loved our stay! The neighborhood was great, we felt totally safe, excellent views of the arch and city and the pool was greatly enjoyed by all every day! Thank you!

Cabo Family Christmas

My family of 6 adults and 5 children (16-7 years) stayed at Casa Sea Breeze to celebrate my parents 70th birthday and Christmas. It was fantastic! The location was amazing and so were the views. It was easy to walk down to the beach and we spent lots of time in the pool. Shirley, the property manager, was extremely helpful and responsive. We can't wait to come back!

Wondeful Experience

Shirley the property manager is terrific, goes above and beyond duty to help guests. The location is fantastic (15 minute Uber to downtown) the house is very spacious with so many activities, and the view is unreal, directly looking at El Arco and the Pacific Ocean. What a special experience and we very much enjoyed our time at Sea Breeze.

Great house for a family vacation

We had a great time at Casa Sea Breeze! There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The views from the patio and pool were beautiful. Shirley is a great host and quickly responded to questions and inquiries. Thank you Shirley!! The beach in the neighborhood is very private, relaxing and great for snorkeling!

Amazing

What a beautiful location, neighborhood, and property! We absolutely loved the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was much larger than we expected, and had gorgeous views of the ocean and arch. My teenage kids loved the putting green and ping pong table. It was a wonderful stay and a perfect layout for our family of 8. The host was attentive and walked us through the home upon arrival. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Cabo Home

This property was perfect for our group! There were 8 of us and we could have easily had a few more with all of the space. The views are INCREDIBLE! The property is very large and there were lots of things to keep our 4 teens busy including the pool and hot tub, mini golf, ping pong and an easy walk to the beach. The location is great, close to grocery stores and all the fun that Cabo San Lucas has to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!

Awesome home

Casa Sea Breeze was a wonderful spot in Cabo San Lucas. The home is well equipped for everything you need. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities are spot on. The gas for the hot tub ran out before our stay was up so there is a limit to how much you can heat it and use it. If we ever get to visit Cabo again, we will see if Casa Sea Breeze is available. Highly recommend it!
