Manasota Key is a quaint community that is known for Mom and Pop shops. The island has several unique dining experiences with live music and entertainment nightly. Manasota Key Road extends the length of the 11 mile island. Hugged by an oak canopy, it makes for a great sight seeing trip whether by bike or car.

The entire home is yours to use exclusively. Bring the poles because the fishing is world renown. Beach towels and chairs provided for your convenience. Full size washer and dryer on site so you can head home with clean laundry. Fire up the grill and cook all the fish you catch in the morning. Dedicated beach access. Such a short stroll you will be able to carry the chairs and cooler with ease.

SLEEPS 12!! Discover this modern, coastal-inspired Manasota Key retreat with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for families or groups. The master and second bedrooms each feature a king bed, the third bedroom has a Murphy bed with an office desk, and the fourth bedroom offers two triple bunk beds—sleeping 6 in one bedroom, perfect for kids.

Relax in two separate living rooms with Smart TVs, enjoy a shuffleboard table, or unwind out by the pool. The new, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and utensils makes cooking dinner effortless.

Step outside to your private pool, grill, and a serene zen area surrounded by trees, outdoor shower to refresh after the beach. Just minutes from the beach, this retreat blends comfort, style, and relaxation for the ultimate coastal getaway.

The island is perfect for biking and walking. There is a shuttle service called Stumpy's that runs along the Key that will take you to the beach or bars and restaurants. They work exclusively on tips.

The home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will work diligently to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for your relaxing vacation. More information will be provided in our local information letter to you and posted in the Welcome Guide inside the home.

Pool heat is offered to guests for $20 per night.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund to you if the checkout list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list will be provided to you in the home.

The indoor fireplace is not operational to guests.
