Features a heated pool with a dock and boat lift, offering direct access to the Intercoastal Water Way! Bring the boat and take the family tubing up at ski alley, power boat to your favorite restaurants then to stump pass to catch the sunset, or midnight cruise on beautiful full moon. Then come home and jump in the heated pool! All this in one location , memories for life. Inquire today!!
he home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will work diligently to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for your relaxing vacation. Two bicycles are provided with home and are stored in the shed. There too is a cute shuttle service called Stumpy's that runs along the Key that will take you to the Beach or restaurants. They work exclusively on tips. This information will be provided in our local information letter to you and posted in the Welcome Guide inside the home. Pet addendum will follow for those with their 4 legged companions in tow. Due to Hurricane Idalia the dock isnt currently avaiable, pending repairs.
Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021:
$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance.
TO DO:
1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.
4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.
5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.
6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.
7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.
8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location.
9. Those in pet friendly homes that have brought along their pets must vacuum the floor and the furniture as close to departure as possible to eliminate pet hair.
10. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.
11. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.

11. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.
