The entire home is yours to use exclusively. Bring the poles because the fishing is world renown. Beach towels and chairs provided for your convenience. Full size washer and dryer on site so you can head home with clean laundry. Fire up the propane grill and prepare today's catch for the family. Dedicated beach access just across Beach Rd. Down a quiet path, adjacent to the condos, to the wooden stairs. Such a short stroll you will be able to carry the chairs and cooler with ease.

There is no boat lift available just hooks to tie up. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring a boat trailer.

The sofa opens to allow 2 more guests. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to ensure your stay feels like a resort experience.

Restaurants in walking distance but also a shuttle service called Stumpy's that runs along the Key that will take you to the Beach or restaurants. They work exclusively on tips.

Nestled on the edge of Lemon Bay, our elegantly appointed home offers exclusive access to a private beach for afternoons of sunbathing. There is shelling on the sunset side only steps away. For the adventurous at heart, our covered boat dock features multiple slips perfect for launching canoes, kayaks, or your powered vessel, opening up a world of aquatic exploration right from your backyard. The lush, manicured yard provides a peaceful oasis, while the sparkling screened-in pool beckons for refreshing dips under the Florida sun, complete with loungers for ultimate relaxation.

The home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will work diligently to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for your relaxing vacation. Two bicycles are provided with home and are stored in the shed. There too is a cute shuttle service called Stumpy's that runs along the Key that will take you to the Beach or restaurants. They work exclusively on tips. This information will be provided in our local information letter to you and posted in the Welcome Guide inside the home. Pet addendum will follow for those with their 4 legged companions in tow. $300 Pet Fee, maximum of 2 pets.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the checkout list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list will be provided to you in the home.

Pool heat available during winter months for $20 per night. (discounts on pool heat for long term stays)
