Condo needs to be updated. Carpet in bedroom and living room needs to be replaced with tile. Kitchen sink did not drain well. Base boards needs repairs, bathroom door needs paint and repairs, dryer does not work great(took over an hour to dry 4 towels). Pool, lazy river were both nice.Overall not a bad place, but I have stayed in better.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was ok it did say that the condo was updated, but it was not updated. 2 of the pools were closed for 2 days when we got there, so we did not really get to enjoy that. And it's says they are heated and they were not. We tried the gauzzi the room and whole bunch of gunt came out we sent a message to you guys about the problem you said someone would come and look at it and Noone ever came.

The property was so dirty and so outdated we didn’t even stay. We actually didn’t even sit down the 30 minutes we were on the phone with the property management to let them know we were not staying and wanted a refund. The headboards were broken off the beds, the couches had stains and were dirty, the dining room chairs were all soiled, even the outdoor furniture was black. The sink had rust stains all over it, the floor tiles were cracked and probably could have cut feet. There was so much stuff in the bedroom closets that you wouldn’t have been able to unload your own clothes. I am shocked that this property is even up for rent. Shame on the owners and the management company for keeping this place rented without updating and deep cleaning it.Once we called the rental company, they had no other property for us to move to. We had to find a hotel at 8 o’clock at night. They also could not refund us and had nobody to help us with that over the weekend. I will say their chat feature worked well and their support staff replied quickly. We did end up getting a refund about four days later.There are too many good properties in North Myrtle Beach to waste your time here.
