While our home sleeps 6 guests, we recommend having 4 or fewer guests so it does not feel crowded. The built-in hallway bunk beds are a cozy and fun nook perfect for kids! There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

No sandy towels left behind! A laundry room is just down the hall, making it easy to keep everything fresh during your stay. Our stays include sheets and towels being provided, although note we do not provide beach towels (please bring your own). Our home also has free Wi-Fi wireless internet.

5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy contactless arrival any time after 4:00 on the check-in day and go directly to our home. Guests will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. No formal check-in process, long lines, or forms to fill out!

-This unit is located on the 2nd floor, no elevator access.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

*This is a non-smoking property.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am. Early check-in/check-out unavailable. No exceptions.

*Outdoor pool is closed October 1st-April 1st.

*Pest Control Treatments for 2026 are the Second Monday of each month. Renter must allow access (service takes less than 5 minutes).

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
