Tilghman Lakes by the Sea is located only steps from the beach in the Ocean Drive/Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and has easy access to the beach. YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES : 2 UMBRELLAS, 4 BEACH CHAIRS, 3 BIKES, 2 BOOGIE BOARDS, 2 SKIM BOARDS, ARTIC BEACH COOLER AND A BEACH CART FOR TRANSPORT. ALL BED AND BATHROOM LINENS ALSO INCLUDED. These low-rise Condos are only three stories high on raised stilts providing parking underneath. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub (seasonal) and grill area. Unit #C3 is located on the top (third) floor and features two large private decks with fully equipped kitchen, and full size washer/dryer, Flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and living room, Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Tilghman Lakes by the Sea. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 24. Property is privately owned with beach themed décor. Linens are included. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed. Unit has Ring Doorbell with motion sensor for security and package delivery notifications.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Joe was super easy to work with and communicated very well from beginning to end. He went above and beyond to make our stay great. The condo is very nice. Spacious, well furnished and clean. We enjoyed the location; close to many stores and restaurants, yet a very quiet section of Myrtle Beach. It was an easy walk to the beach, with a main crosswalk and a beach access with a bathroom just a block away. We appreciated all the equipment Joe provided-beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, bikes. That made our trip a lot easier as we didn’t have to bring all that from home. The parking is on the bottom level of the condo; we appreciated that, as we didn’t have to load/unload in the rain and we were able to park in the shade. The property was real nice too; quiet and a nice pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, spacious, beach decor. A bit dated bathrooms and carpeting, but overall all we needed. Two reasons for our rating of 4 and not 5: we were on 3rd floor with no elevator and listing stated an ocean view and it wasn’t very visible.

Comfortable Condo with Great Owner!

My older kids (13 and 11) and I really enjoyed our stay at Joe's condo. It's obvious that this is a beloved family getaway in addition to him sharing it with all of us lucky renters. Joe called me two days before check-in just to make sure we didn't have any questions, and to wish us a nice trip. That was very heartening, having never stayed at the condo before! The check-in and check-out were very easy and all done via text with Joe. His check-out instructions in particular were some of the simplest and easiest I've encountered. The condo was warm, welcoming and well-appointed, and the ability to use the extra beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. was fantastic. The pool was very nice. My one caveat would be for parents of young children who need to nap during the day, or light sleepers who want to go to bed before 11 pm. Music from the neighboring hotel's pool area plays from about 10 am - 11 pm every day (maybe only during the summer?), and the bedrooms are close enough that it could be disruptive without the proper precautions (ear plus, white noise machines, etc.). Luckily it wasn't an issue for us!

We were in town for a softball location, the condo was the perfect location. Close to the fields, within walking distance to stores, restaurants, just across the road from the ocean. The host of this property deserves more than 5 stars, more like 10, Joe is very friendly, informative and more than accommodating. He allows use of his beach cart which is very convenient and use of beach chairs if needed. The condo is very spacious and clean and close proximity to all attractions. We can’t thank him enough for making our short getaway relaxing. 10/10 recommend booking, we definitely will be looking to book again soon!

We had a very good experience. The property was in a great location with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the accompanying breezes. Tilghman Lakes at Cherry Grove Beach

The location was absolutely perfect. The Cherry Grove Beach area is our favorite place to stay. The rental unit had every amenity you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Communication with the owner was a very pleasant experience. Instructions were clear and any questions were quickly answered. Restaurant recommendations were greatly appreciated! - I highly recommend Villa Tuscanna, food and waitstaff were excellent (but make a reservation). Played Eagle Nest Golf Club for the first time. Better than expected; will certainly play there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Joe's place. Everything was clean and so thankful they allowed us to use beach chairs and umbrellas. Bikes were also available but we did not use but just one.
