Welcome to "Annie's Dream". Named in honor of my grandmother, Annie Louise. Recently renovated spacious 800 sq ft condo with direct ocean front views. Pool front with easy access gate right off your condo patio! 2 short blocks to grocery store, restaurants and bars including the historic Boulineaus IGA, Snooky's Ocean Front dining, Murphy's On the Ocean and more. Laundry, Pool and community center all on the same level as condo!
The Oceans building was constructed in 1985. Though maintained well, with onsite maintenance 7 days per week, you will still notice the age of the building throughout. We purchased the condo in 2022 from the original owners while the condo still looked very much like 1985. We have remodeled the unit however you will still notice some older original features. Such as, the sliding glass doors to the patio/pool area are original. The doors are "locked/unlocked" utilizing a black metal bar. Also, the tub/shower unit is original as well. Both are planned remodels later, however, are the only features not remodeled within the unit at this time.
We provide clean and sanitized linens as a courtesy to our guests without an additional linen charge. We specifically provide 1 blanket/sheet set per bed (King in master and Queen sofa bed in living room) along with 8 total pillows (4 king size and 4 queen/standard all in pillow protectors). In the bathroom you will find 2 towels/ wash rags per person along with courtesy makeup towels. If during your stay linens need cleaning there is coin laundry a few doors down available. All linens including blankets are cleaned and sanitized between each guest.
The kitchen has been remodeled with all new Whirlpool appliances including dishwasher as well as quartz countertops throughout. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils. As well as crock pot and blender. Salt and pepper along with oil spray are the only cooking seasonings provided. The unit is stocked with dishwasher/microwave safe unbreakable cups and plates as the HOA does not allow glass on the patio/pool area.
Starter products are provided as a courtesy to include toilet paper (1 roll in each bathroom), paper towels (1 roll in kitchen). Travel size toiletries to include shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, lotion, shower cap (2), make up wipes and dental kit (2). In the kitchen you are provided a single scrub sponge and single dishwasher pod. Dish liquid is provided in pump by sink.
The TV in the master is not a smart tv however is connected to Spectrum Cable.
The living area has a wall mounted 70" Samsung HD Smart TV for streaming also connected to Spectrum Cable.
The living area side tables house multiple family friendly board and card games.
First Aid kit and fire extinguisher are found under kitchen sink.
Schlage Encode Plus smart lock is utilized for simple safe self-check-in providing a unique access code for each guest upon reservation confirmation.
Pura Smart Home fragrance system and diffusers are utilized in the condo on set schedules to ensure subtle fresh nontoxic scent throughout day/night.
Free Parking, provided by guest parking pass, available on 3 level parking garage as well as overflow parking lot across the street for oversized trucks/suvs.
Pool and Community Center space is available on level 4- (same level as condo)
Barbecue area, designated smoking area and private beach access with outdoor shower are all accessed from level 1 parking garage.
Coin Laundry is also available on level 4 (same level as condo)
