Welcome to Slack Tide Sunset! We’re delighted to host you in Key West. To help ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for you — and to protect our property — please review the following house rules.

General Conduct
Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in your reservation may stay overnight. No unregistered visitors.
Respect the Property: Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care. Damages or missing items will be charged.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM in compliance with Key West ordinances. Please respect our neighbors.

No Smoking!!!
No Illegal Substances: Absolutely no drugs are allowed on the premises.
Responsible Alcohol Use: Drinking is fine, but excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, or property damage may result in eviction.

Parking
Designated Spot: You have ONE reserved parking space at 420 Catherine Street, designated for Slack Tide Sunset, it is marked so please park in the allocated spot.
Street Parking: Please do not park in neighbors’ spots or block driveways.

Safety & Security
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security devices.
• No candles, fireworks, or open flames inside.


Cleanliness
Please help keep the home tidy a small hand vacuum is provided if needed.
Dispose of trash in bins provided. The dumpster is where you park your car - 420 Catherine St. Please dispose of any trash or recycling. It is illegal to dump your trash in other peoples trash cans
Rinse off sand and saltwater before entering the house.
Wash dishes before checkout.

Helpful Checkout Reminders
Bedding: Please remove the sheets from the beds and place them by the washer and dryer.
Towels: Gather all towels from the bathrooms and bedrooms and place them in front of the washer and dryer.
Trash: Dispose of all trash in the designated dumpster at 420 Catherine Street (where you park your car).
Please do not place trash or recycling in random bins. It is illegal to dump in other people’s containers, and many homes have cameras.
Dishes: Wash all dishes and place them in the dishwasher before checkout.

Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Checkout: By 10:00 AM (late checkouts must be pre-approved and may incur a fee).

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
