Built in 1894, the delightful Inn on Fleming was once the residence of Board of Education chair Glynn Archer until it was transformed into what is now a serendipitous tropical refuge, boasting 9 unique rooms and suites and tucked into a peaceful residential street. You are only two blocks from the Historic Seaport and a short stroll to 5 star restaurants, bars, shopping and the endless allure of famous Duval Street. Whether you're looking to hook your catch of the day, visit upscale art galleries, or swim with the dolphins, let us be your home away from home in paradise.

The magic begins as you step onto our cozy wraparound porch with comfortable and plentiful seating, where you are immersed in the unique sights and sounds of our charming neighborhood. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an en-suite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, countertop ice machine, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The Geiger Suite is located on the 3rd floor and offers a king and a full bed for up to 4 guests in this 2 bedroom suite with both pool and tropical garden views from the shared deck with lounge furniture. The king bed is located in the spacious main room, while the full bed occupies the second room that provides access to the full bathroom with a shower. The sloping ceiling over the bed makes for a cozy nook in your nighttime retreat.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at this property. The owner is super attentive to detail and immediately responds to any questions or requests. You can really tell that they CARE about their property and guests. Property is well cared for and charming. Highly recommend!

Enjoying Key West

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Inn on Fleming is a delightful place to stay in Key West. The location is ideal for walking many places in the old town. The room was clean and well attended when asked. The only thing I would change, hooks for the towels in the bathroom. There was no place to hang them. I had a very enjoyable stay.

Awesome Key West Location! Amazing Hosts!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this rental for both its location as well as charm. Location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, Duval Street, the marina and so much more. We loved the historical charm this place had, it really felt like we were "staying with the locals" especially sitting on the front porch watching passerby's and enjoying a drink or coffee in the morning. Our hosts Liz & Dan were the best! Upon arrival, we were greeted and shown around the common areas which include a full kitchen, back porch with lots of seating and where we met so many of the other guests staying there. Everyday they hosted a happy hour and by the time we were up and about in the mornings, there was always some light continental breakfast bites and coffee. The beds were very comfortable and they thought of everything in the room including Keurig coffee makers, ice machine, refrigerator, charge stations, beach towels and great decor. We tried so many restaurants on and off Duval Street and enjoyed live music at multiple places each night. We meant to try the bikes out but ended up walking everywhere we went. This was truly a perfect place and we would definitely come back!

Terrible Experience – Infested with Cockroaches & Poor Management

Reviewer Comments: Terrible Experience – Infested with Cockroaches & Poor ManagementWe stayed at this property from Dec 15th to Dec 21st, 2024, managed by Dwell Key West, in contact with Dan and Liz T. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by a severe cockroach infestation and poor management responses.On the first morning, I discovered a giant cockroach inside the provided coffee cup. I immediately informed Dan, whose response downplayed the issue, referring to it as a “Palmetto bug.” After researching, I learned Palmetto bugs are actually large cockroaches that spread Salmonella, Staphylococcus, and Streptococcus.Initially, I dismissed it as an isolated incident, blocking the door with a towel to prevent entry. However, on the second-to-last day, I found two massive cockroaches under our bed. The next morning, another cockroach crawled from behind the headboard onto the pillow. This was completely unacceptable.After our stay, I emailed Liz on Dec 24th and received no response until Jan 5th. After multiple follow-ups, I finally spoke with Dan. They expressed concern about the review and promised to “make it right,” yet their response was slow and unprofessional. Their final offer? A refund for just one night, despite cockroaches being found on three separate days.Beyond the infestation, there were other issues:Water was cut for 5-6 hours without notice due to washing machine replacements.Electricity was cut for 2 hours due to unannounced repairs.I kept all communication as proof. We will never stay here again. If you do, be prepared for uninvited guests in your bed.

Reviewer Comments: It was a nice place, we had a few issues, small and personal - The seating was not comforable in the room, there were no regular chairs - I am a little physically challenged, and had to sit on the edge of the bed... We did not like the pillows at all, they were very hard and there was no / table or area to work on computer in room. There was no closet and hangers to hang clothes, there were some hooks. I wish there was a microwave in the room, the low ceilings in one room were a bother and I wish there was a microwave in the room (there was one in the community area 3 floord down) But the room was clean, I am ok with the location, we have a nice routine there. The bikes were easy and worked fine,staff was nice, We would return.
