A classy composition of historic elegance and serene surroundings create an optimal setting for your R & R. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and appreciate the tropical views beyond. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space for your leftover goodies.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Conveniently located on the first level, this queen suite lies steps away from the sparking, shared pool. The room is complete with a flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge and en suite private bathroom with a shower. A table with 2 chairs sits just outside your room to enjoy the island beauty without having to go too far.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Cool your senses in the pool surrounded by vibrant foliage or catch some rays on the breezy 2nd floor sundeck. These accommodations are conveniently location to all the Duval St. action making a bike ride or stroll the perfect way to get around. Should you have a vehicle, off street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Great stay

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful place! The main house is beautiful and very welcoming with fresh fruit in a bowl on the table and refreshing fruit infused water in the entryway. Check in was quick and easy. The room is definitely small and could really use some more hooks and/or a small table or chair. However like the rest of the property it was very clean, super cute and worked perfectly. And where the room might have been on the smaller side, the towels made up for it by being on the bigger side! Pool area was good and we met a lot of the other guests there as well. Location great, we were able to walk everywhere. Lastly, the Property Manager was wonderful! Very responsive to questions and offered up a great suggestion for a meal off the beaten path. Our flight home was well after check out and we were told we could leave our luggage in the main house, relax by the pool or just hang out in the air conditioning until it was time to leave. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the Azul to others!

Do not book Room Fontana

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the Fontana room (for almost 600$ for two nights) and it definitely couldn't have been more awful (especially for that price). The room was so small that you felt like you were in a closet. You didn't even have room to open your suitcase properly. How did the owners even think that they could rent this room to tourists (who also come from other continents) for such an outrageous price? Such a rip-off, this is unbelievable. Don't even get me started on the bathroom. It smelled damp, the bathroom was so small you could barely turn around. The shower was a disaster, the shower head was rancid and there was no hand shower either. The furnishings are old-fashioned and worn. The bed is uncomfortable, the pillows are hard and way too high! What's the point if there are several pillows on the bed, but they're all equally hard and high? The walls are most likely very thin, the doors and windows poorly sealed, because you can hear every single word that is spoken outside the door, i.e. right by the pool. The blinds on the windows are also just a joke. You can't darken the room properly, nor do these blinds even work properly. The blinds on the door don't even cover the door completely and the door is right by the pool area! The owners were also unavailable! We searched in vain for a way to contact them, but to no avail! No telephone number, no e-mail address. Is this a joke? Everything goes wrong here from A to Z. All in all, I can say this was one of the worst stays we have ever had. Luckily we went to a 5 star hotel in Miami afterwards for half the price to recover from this horror. Please people, do yourselves a favor and do not book this accommodation!

Key West Experience

We absolutely loved this VRBO. We walked everywhere we wanted to go and it was conveniently located. If we come back to Key West we will try and stay here again. Only downfall--bathroom size. We were never in our room anyway so it was not a big issue
