All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
PARKING:
Four tandem parking spaces are available on the left and center, two covered under a 76" carport and two uncovered exterior spaces with no height restrictions.
LAUNDRY:
Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the outdoor carport. Guests will need to bring their own laundry supplies and quarters.

Centrally positioned between the Newport and Balboa Piers, this location offers effortless access to the bay for boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding. A short stroll brings you to an array of local restaurants, casual eateries, and boutique shops.
