Das Haus bietet unglaubliche Aussicht auf den Ozean und ist nur wenige Schritte zum Sand und Newport Pier, und grenzt an Top-Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Unterhaltung und Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten. Das Hotel liegt auf der Promenade, neben einem zusätzlichen bewachten Parkhaus. Die Bucht, der Hafen und der Jachthafen sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Zu den Attraktionen gehören Strände auf der Balboa Peninsula (mit Bodyboard Hot-Spot The Wedge) und in Corona del Mar Crystal Cove State Park befindet sich am südlichen Ende von der Küste entfernt.

Property was furnished with everything you might need. Shauntelle was very responsive when I had questions, did a great job with the welcome tour and called during the stay several times to see if there was anything we needed. Area was great for the grandkids and great grandkids. Views from the upper deck were great. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing time at the Newport beach house last weekend with 10 friends to celebrate the 60th birthday for two of us. The house is beautiful, spacious, and all the beds are super comfortable. We loved the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets! It’s in the perfect location with a very short walk to the Balboa pier. We had fun taking the ferry to Balboa Island and a harbor cruise to see celebrity homes. It was easy to book through VRBO and Shauntelle made sure the house had everything we needed. She was always available if we needed anything and I was grateful she provided extra towels and blankets that we requested. We would definitely stay at this beach house again!

This was a fabulous place for our large family gathering! Shauntelle, the host, was super helpful and attentive. The location was amazing. Steps from the sand. The house had two kitchens stocked with everything you need. Plenty of linens. Slept 27 easily. Beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas were an added bonus! We would love to come stay again! The location is perfectly centered between the beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. The house was perfect for the 17 we had but can easily hold more as all couches are comfortable futons. The deck and living space on the second floor is perfect for the large group to hang out. It was clean and new and the host Shauntelle was great about giving us the VIP treatment with extra chairs and towels and anything we needed. She also did a virtual check in process so we could save time when we got there. Even gave is early check in. Having the garage to store our bikes and stuff was also a nice benefit. We will be renting it again.

We were so blessed to stay in the Newport Beach House on Oceanfront of Balboa Island. Location is right on the walkway next to Newport Beach. Our student group and chaperones truly enjoyed our location, very comfortable house with furniture you can actually sit and relax in. We slept well, bathroom spaces are plentiful and well appointed, good water pressure. The location of the home was ideal--close to shopping, coffee shops, boardwalk/pier, parking and, of course, those thunderous waves! The House was clean, with many amenities: laundry, dishwasher, coffee makers, parking, fold out futons, plenty of pans and dishes, large gas grill, crock pot, toasters, and oven space. The home fit our group of 36 very nicely, and we were all very comfortable. Front porch seating was pleasant, and accessibility to public showers to rinse sand off was very convenient. The hostess was very accommodating, helpful, and responsive to my questions if I needed help. We truly enjoyed our stay. Best place for large groups, will definitely book again. Thank you so much.

Great Beach House!

We loved staying at this beach house. The house accommodated our family get-together perfectly. We loved all the bathrooms. It would have been helpful to know that you have to walk through the room with bunk beds to get to the back bedroom downstairs.There was plenty of room for all 23 of us in our family, from 2 years old to 87 years old. The location was perfect!All of our communication with Shauntelle was great!

Perfect Newport Beach group rental!

Wonderful property for our family reunion. 15 of us, ages ranging from 6 to 77, and plenty of sleeping accommodations plus more if we had needed. Having 2 kitchens was great for a group like ours. Shauntelle is absolutely amazing. She made sure our arrival was seamless, that we had all the information necessary for all the various devices in the property, and immediately responded to any questions that came up during our stay. Being able to walk out the front door and right to the beach, to walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment, and to go a few blocks to the bay and go out on boats and rent water equipment meant that we really didn't need vehicles during our stay. Great place for a group stay!

Lovely birthday weekend for my mother

We had a wonderful trip for my mother's 70th birthday. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate adults and a 2 year old. The location was perfect, close to the pier and restaurants right on the beach. My only complaint is there was nothing provided in the bathrooms so just note you need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and soap.

Shauntelle was AMAZING to work with! She was not fazed at all by our large group or by our even larger needs. She was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to ensure we had a great trip. The house is adorable and set up for large groups. It’s a little crazy at first with all the futons- but when you have multiple families with little ones and you can keep them in rooms with their parents- it’s perfection. I have a large extended family and we meet up often in different parts of the country. We have stayed in some elaborate and spacious homes. This one was by far one of our favorite houses despite being much smaller and simpler than others. The house had everything we needed for our meals and even some extra fun like playing cards and beach toys. It was close to the beach and having the cars parked right in front of the house was perfect for our loading and unloading. Our trip was split between Disneyland and the beach. The drive to Disney was only around 30 mins so that was ideal. We were not thrilled with the area around the Disneyland parks or the rentals available so we were thrilled with the location of this rental. There was a cute store next door that was sadly only open on the weekend. We were within walking distance of many shops, treats and things to do. Our kids loved playing at the beach and doing surfing lessons. We also did a whale watching tour down the street at Davey’s Locker. I’m excited to come back to this area and will definitely stay again!

Perfect family get-away

This home is amazing and Shauntelle was so wonderful to work with! She is very thorough and accommodating. She even did drop-offs at the house for additional items we needed. The location is beautiful and so close to the Fun Zone, shops and food. We walked on the Balboa Pier to Ruby's our first night to enjoy great food! We used body boards, extra beach chairs and additional bedding for futons. Fire pits are close. Everything we wanted was available. The home is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and has a gorgeous view from the upper patio! Our family get together turned out just as we had hoped. Thank you to Shauntelle for making it perfect.

An Amazing Location and Property!!!

Our cycling team stayed here for a training camp. We loved the location and bike routes nearby. Lots of bike paths and awesome coastal riding! Shantelle, made the check in process super simple and helped with extra bedding needs, parking, and anything we needed quickly! We highly recommend staying here with a large group!

Great Property for a Family Reunion

This is a great property with an excellent hos. Shauntelle delivered a total VIP treatment. Every question answered immediately, every special request met making our 4 generation family reunion exactly what we had hoped. An excellent home in every regard. Furnishings and finishes, bedrooms and bathrooms all immaculately clean and comfortable. We were a group of 15 aging from 1 to 83. Perfect for all. Shauntelle will do every reasonable thing to ensure your stay is first rate and worthy of the VIP Treatment label. Highly recommend this well-equipped property right on the strand with easy public parking adjacent. Fabulous access to the beach. This is a 10-plus!

This is a great property especially for big groups. The beds and pillows were really nice and comfortable which is always skeptical at these places. It's close to lots of places to eat so wasn't necessary to have a car.
