This weekly rental is a custom three-level, 5-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom single family home. Within 3 beach blocks are fine local restaurants, coffee shop, donut shop, and fast foods. A 5-minute taxi/Uber ride can take you to the famous Newport Pier and everything that this beach locale has to offer.
This beautiful home has been completely remodeled with beautiful tiles and white quartz countertops in the kitchen, professional Viking appliances, and new flooring.
There are three levels to this house that allow each guest their own privacy and quiet retreat from the rest of their party.
The primary suite is located on the top level and includes a sitting area, fireplace, coffee station, and a private balcony with lounge chairs to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. The attached bathroom has the finest finishes, jetted bathtub and separate shower. Down the hall is another bedroom and attached full bathroom (tub and shower combined).
The main level (2nd floor) is comprised of two matching bedrooms with shared balcony, shared full newly renovated bathroom with large step-in shower. This level also includes the laundry room, open concept kitchen, living room, sitting room with fireplace and large ocean view balcony with large BBQ, lounge area, and outdoor dining space.
The lower level has a separate entry door and includes a bedroom, two large "playrooms" with daybed (w/pull out trundle) and a lounge area for reading or napping. Game room has a new large sectional sofa, big screen TV, pool table, arcade game table with 48 classic retro video games, and outdoor deck complete with Jacuzzi spa and additional seating area. The lower level is set up for families with smaller children. Amenities for kids include small table and chairs for games or crafts, pack-n-play crib, changing station, large play pad (for floor play), high chair, and portable gate (to block off lower level stairway). Bathtub has safety equipment, infant bathtub and stepstool, and organic infant and toddler bath amenities including washcloths, towels, and hair/body wash.
Each room has its own television with cable. Wireless internet throughout the home.
