This beautiful newly renovated duplex is only 5 houses from the sand and a quick walk to the pier! This property is on 28th street which is close to all of the restaurants, the pier, grocery store and more.
These are two separate units, each has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms). There are no internal doors connecting the two units. Each unit is a complete house with kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms.
There is a big patio downstairs and a balcony with views of the ocean upstairs.
Each unit has brand new Air Conditioning which is so important to have in Newport in summer. We provide beach gear including; boogie boards, surf boards, wet suits, beach towels, sand toys, wagons, coolers, pop up tents and umbrellas, basically everything you need for the beach and it's all in good condition.
Upstairs Unit:
This unit has higher ceilings and is really nice and bright. It is a little larger than the downstairs unit in all rooms including the living room. The bunk bed room has a twin over twin and also a queen bed. The master bedroom is also nice and roomy and has an ensuite like the downstairs unit. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have TV's.
Downstairs Unit:
The master bedroom comfortable and roomy. It has an ensuite with shower, toilet and double sink. The queen bedroom has nice mirrored closets and extra places to hang your stuff. The bunk room has a queen bed and a twin bed tucked in a little alcove. There are mirrored closets in two of the rooms, and TV's in all rooms.
This is such an amazing location on 28th Street, 5 houses from the sand and walking distance to everything including the Newport Pier, shops and restaurants. Park your cars in the garage for the duration of your stay and walk everywhere, down the boardwalk to shop, people watch or eat, to Lido Island for some shopping or coffee. During summer take the free Trolley to the Balboa Pier and visit the Fun Zone, then hop on the Ferry and head over to Balboa Island for a frozen banana and some fun boutique shopping.
If you haven't visited Newport Beach and the Peninsula before it is a lot of fun. It's very laid back here. Just bring your bathing suit and some flip flops. You can rent bikes, paddle boards, Duffy boats, take sunset cruises, whale watch and so much more. Disneyland is only 20 minutes away, Legoland is 1 hour away, and Los Angeles is 1 hour away. Balboa Island, Lido Island should not be missed during your stay. There are also so many amazing beaches nearby it's worth a quick car ride to see Laguna Beach, Monarch Beach, Corona Del Mar, Huntington Beach and more!

A little about us....we are owners/property managers and work really hard to provide a top notch experience for our guests. We have impeccably clean units which are inspected by us after each cleaning. We often spend hours organizing, cleaning out drawers and replacing equipment to make sure that each guest has the best experience possible. We own and manage 2 other duplexes and have been doing this since 2014. It's pretty great to be meeting people when they are at their best, relaxed and happy to be on vacation. It's always fun to see people's faces when they arrive to the house for the first time and are so happy that the house looks like the pictures or even better we are often told. We have many return visitors which means the world to us. After every wonderful review we get a renewed energy to keep working hard and are reminded that we are helping families make great vacations memories.

The location can't be beat. You can walk to everything! It's also nice that we are close to the pier and shopping, restaurants but not right on the pier where you can get too much noise and traffic. This is about as close as you can get without all of the chaos around the pier. It's pretty terrific!

A unique benefit of all of our properties is that we have A/C. Please don't be fooled by others that you don't need it in Newport. You do need it in Newport especially with these older houses that were not built for weather and don't have much insulation unless added by owners which most do not (we do).
Another great benefit is that we provide you with all of the beach equipment including boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc... It's such a pain to pack this stuff or rent it, not to mention expensive. We provide it all at no cost and we take good care of the equipment and purchase new when needed.
We also stock a great kitchen so you can cook for yourselves easily and save some money from going to restaurants. And we stock all of the linens you'll need including extra blankets and pillows.
