Salty Kisses welcomes you to experience coastal comfort in this 1 bedroom, plus bunk nook, 1.5 full bath retreat offers the ideal balance of convenience and comfort for your perfect beach vacation. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the emerald waters and sugar-white sands like a living masterpiece, while soaring 9-foot ceilings create an atmosphere of airy spaciousness throughout.

The open plan living/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy making memories with your family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living area and is stocked with all the big & small appliances, utensils, and cookware you could need to prepare anything from appetizers to a full meal with ease. With 4 seats at the table there's plenty of room for everyone! Set up a buffet of food on the bar & enjoy it at the dining table or on the covered patio while you enjoy the view!

The open-concept layout leading to the living room, you'll find comfortable seating for everyone in your group. A queen sleeper sofa, 2 comfortable chairs and a smart TV, makes it the perfect place to relax after a fun day in the sun. The 9-foot ceilings and HUGE windows allow tons of light and lead out to your private covered patio with table & 4 chairs. End your day watching the sunset and enjoying cocktails on the covered patio overlooking the gorgeous emerald waters of the Gulf!

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a smart tv for watching your favorite shows before bed, and plenty of storage. Your ensuite full bathroom has a vanity with great lighting, and a tub/shower combo. The hallway bunk nook has a twin/twin bunkbed, with comfortable bedding and access to the hallway half bath. Free Wifi and a Washer/Dryer combo are included for your convenience.

The Summit is located on the East end of Panama City Beach and offers vast array of amenities with something for everyone. You can rent extra chairs, jet skis or take a parasailing adventure. The possibilities are endless at The Summit Resort.

The Summit has 2 Olympic-sized, gulf front pools (one heated seasonally) with 2 children's splash pools & 2 outdoor hot tubs, a large indoor hot tub, tennis court, pickle ball court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor fitness center, game room, his/hers dry saunas, and 2 picnic with charcoal grill areas.

Additionally, there's a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar. Interested in trying some of the outdoor amenities but don't have the gear? We got you! Head into the office and checkout the gear at no additional cost! The resort also has a "Take a Toy/Leave a Toy" bin at the poolside beach access gate. If needed, The Summit even has beach wheelchairs available!

Just steps away from everything you could need- Wal-Mart is down the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Plenty of restaurants, Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini-golf, and tons of restaurants are nearby. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes! The condo has beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella inside the condo guests are welcome to use. The resort also has a "Take a Toy, Leave a Toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
