The location is the best thing about this place! Perfect for the gorgeous sunets!! The kitchen isn't fully stocked, but we made it work. Also the fitness center does not come with this unit. I would stay here again because the location is perfect.

Not really family friendly

The host was great! He was a really nice guy and communicated very well. Overall tho, I just don’t think it was suited for a family. The kitchen was not stocked for families like ours that use the kitchen a lot during our stay. The TVs were not user friendly either. I think this room is geared more for young people who do not stay in their rooms during their trips. The host did check in on us a couple of days in but at that point we had already purchased what we needed. Otherwise I think he may have tried to help. It was a nice room, just not family friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE – HEALTH HAZARD & DISHONEST HOST

This was by far the worst VRBO experience I’ve ever had. The place was absolutely filthy and should not be listed for rent in its current condition. There was mold in multiple areas of the room, and actual diarrhea in one of the bathtubs upon arrival – yes, you read that right. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet black. The pillows and bedding were stained, and we had no clean bed sheets for our first night.To make matters worse, the fridge didn’t work, which meant any food we brought spoiled. The unit was not just dirty, it was unsanitary and unsafe.The host, Michael, was completely unresponsive. He did not reply to messages and ignored multiple attempts to contact him during the stay. After we reported everything, we were promised compensation only if we agreed not to leave a negative review – a shady and manipulative tactic.

It worked for the need

It was ok. Maybe this unit is older in being owned but it needs a ton of updating however it fit our need. The manager is quick to respond and offered to send someone if needed. It just definitely needs updating and a better housekeeper for sure. But it worked.

Disappointed guest

The Majestic Resort was great! Id certainly stay here again, but not in this particular condo. Pictures listed are not upto date and do not show the filth we checked into - hit with instant smell of mold. Floors were so dirty that my grandsons hands and knees were black after letting him down to crawl for a minute. Refrigerator vent was not attached and corroded with food and dirt. Microwave vent cover was missing. Cabinet under the kitchen sink has terrible water damage - so much so there is mold and rotted. Had to purchase pans because the ones available had dried food and Teflon coating was scrathed so bad. Oven doesn't get hotter than 350. Silverware was dirty. Bathtubs were filthy. Marijuana ash and shake on the master bath floor. Had to purchase new batteries for the main tv remote. Other remotes for the other tvs didnt work. Curtain rod for balcony drapes is dangling. Balcony light, wall and floor covered in caked bird mess, so the balcony wasn't an option to enjoy. One of the couches is stained and had crumbs on it. Utility room was disgusting. Trim around the utility closet rotted with paint chipping. Contacted the host immediately with all the issues. He said had no clue. He could refund me a hundred dollars and send cleaning lady the next morning. Two very nice ladies came to access and clean what they could, but after cleaning a portion of the floors with bleach water, the floors still wiped black. Overall pleased with our stay. Location was great, view was beautiful, beach was perfect. Condo served it's purpose, main bedroom bed felt like the boxspring was broken so it wasnt as comfortable as we would have liked, but it wasnt the end of the world.

Dirty, dingy

After reading the reviews left by others, inquired with the property owner as to the status of the condo and was assured he had changed cleaning companies and was checking on the things personally... after our arrival, it was obvious I'd been had. The place continues to be poorly cleaned, with dust bunnies on the floor, hair in the shower, linens and personal belongings not changed/ removed from prior guests. There were no sheets on the beds in the guest room, requiring a call to the cleaner. Several outlets were non-functional and we were unable to get the TVs to work. The resort and amenities are nice, but would not recommend this unit.

Not worth the money!

Room was dirty, had to get all towels out of the dryer, no extra blankets, no pillow cases on most of the pillows, not even a starter pack of hand soap or dish soap! We must be should, but for the same money there are much better condos to stay in and you don't have to bring everything with you!!! False description of property and will not be visiting again!

Condo property was amazing! Property was clean and well taken care of. Security patrolled property hourly and was very thorough. Condo was nice. Only complaint we had was r/t cleaning service and was quickly taken care of once we notified property owner. Will definitely stay again.

Need of Maintenance

The condo wasn't cleaned upon arrival and had no parking pass nor property wrist bands. The owner was quick to get the property cleaned for us but it's obvious the routine cleaning between guest stays isn't very in-depth... the propery could afford a good deep clean like under furniture, the laundry room, around the refrigerator, etc. We did get a parking pass from the cleaning crew when they arrived, but never got wrist bands (not that they actually seem needed for the property). There's several maintenance issues that should be addressed soon -- like the master bath tub not draining very well at all (all showering should be done in guest bathroom), missing knobs on cabinets, cabinets not closing well, baseboard trim has a bit of water/humidity damage in most areas, the sliding door to the balcony is hard to open and has a film developed between the panes making the view outside not as good as it could be, and fixtures like towel racks being loose. A lot of small things that just add up to an unpleasant stay (but the bath drain thing was more of a major thing). A little TLC here will go a long way. The property the condo is located on is the best we've found on PCB, especially with kids, since you have multiple indoor and outdoor pools to choose from and lots of amenities like on-site restaurant. convenience store, and theater. Evelevators are really fast and minimizes wait times.

To have my PCB condos is my American Dream. We usually visit PCB 3-4 times a year to make sure that condos are ready for your visit. When possible we always choose Majestic as it is our (and especially my daughter's) favorite!

One of the best resorts in Panama City Beach: 7-8 pools, including 2 indoor. Car garage, Starbucks at the lobby, gym, movie theater, great location.
