Condo with ocean view that overlooks the emerald waters and white sandy beach from your own top floor private balcony. Spacious living room where you can relax in the newly remodeled space. This air-conditioned unit features 1 bedroom (queen bed), sleeper sofa, murphy bed in the living room, flat-screen TV, kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, jet bath / shower in the private bathroom. Over all a great trip

Overall, we had a great stay. However, a couple of things could be improved. We were woken up at 8 a.m. by maintenance needing to shut off our AC—something that should’ve been communicated in advance, ideally before booking. Also, the room only came with four thin, basic bath towels. If you're planning a stay, consider bringing your own beach towels for added comfort.

Great quiet place on the beach!

Booking was very easy. Tina was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. Great location and private beach access which is nice. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Would definitely book it again.

Easy, private and relaxing

The property manager was so easy to work with. There was an issue with my door code when I first arrived, she fixed it so quickly, and also helped me when I was leaving out when our flight switched take off times. The location of the condo is super private, and your really don’t have next door neighbors directly on either side how it is set up. It was just me and my 15 year old son for his spring break. My only complaint would be to put a regular door without windows on the bedroom. And that there is no hot tub at this location.It helped there was a jet tub bathtub, but still not the same as a hot tub. I did overlook that detail when I booked, but that was the biggest downfall. Other than that, it was a perfect time! Super easy beach access.

2024 Vacation in Panama City

The condo was clean, the owner text me and said we could check in early the day before we arrived, she answered my texts quickly. The price was good. Perfect size for 2 people.

Unfortunate

We arrived at the condo and found it hadn’t been cleaned. There was dried food on the counters, and the fridge was nasty and there was still food in it. There was sand in the Murphy bed, so it’s very unlikely it was cleaned. There was also sand all over the floors, (I understand it’s the beach, but it hadn’t been cleaned.) it was also 75 degrees in the room when we arrived. I reached out to the owner and she said she’d have the cleaning people come and gave us money for dinner. The cleaning people arrived the next day and were able to get it cleaned after a few hours, but they broke the only light in the living room and a shelf out of the fridge. The temperature continued to go up in the room until it was mid 80s, so we stayed out of the room as much as possible. Later on in our stay the owner had a portable AC unit sent to the room that we had to assemble and attempt to set up. Unfortunately it was a unit that had to be vented and none of the windows opened properly for it to do so, so there was hot air blowing out the back and causing the temperature to go up even more. I gave the owner updates nearly every day and at some points throughout the entire day. She asked me to go buy fans for the unit the day before we left for her next guests and she reimbursed me for them and gave me $20 for our time. The day before we left a maintenance man came and “properly” installed the portable ac unit, so we had no access to the balcony. The owner refunded $150 which only covered 1 nigh

Summer Vacay

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed this property. The proximity to the beach and to the pool made the trip very enjoyable. Our kids love beach and pool and did not have to choose between one or the other as they were able to use both every day. The unit was clean and comfortable with ample sleeping space for four if you don't mind using a Murphy bed. We were able to watch the dolphins from the kitchen table while eating breakfast and the balcony view is also excellent. The property had security and custodial services which kept the property clean and safe. We will definitely consider staying here again if we are vacationing in PCB area.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Location was amazing. Balcony view superb. Very spacious kitchen for all your cooking needs. Oh and the tub was divine! Only small inconvenience was that you have to pay cash upon arrival for your parking pass and bracelets you must wear the whole time. We had to go find an atm before even getting in. Just wish the listing said you need to have cash for this feee.

Perfect place for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, nice and have everything we needed. We had issue getting into the VRBO app when we arrived and the owner was very quick to respond and help. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Baseball tournament

Just me and my son were there for baseball. Great location and it was a cute condo. The only negative was there were not extra pillow cases for the extra pillows that were there and the comforter in the bedroom has some stains and is looking a little worn. Otherwise everything was how I thought it would be.

Perfect Location

Overall the location is excellent and easy to get to and leave from. The beach was not crowded in front of the condo and it was gorgeous along with the view from the room. When we arrived at check in time the condo was still being cleaned which after driving 14 hours we just wanted to use the restroom, unpack, and get some food. Once we were able to get into the room there was still a lot of sand all over the floor. There wasn’t very hot water the sink to do dishes. The mattress on the pull out bed from the couch is extremely uncomfortable. If more than 2 people using the condo the one bathroom is very inconvenient but doable for a week. We likely would rent again if coming back to PCB. The condominium building itself needs to have more luggage carts and wet down the walk way to the beach. It’s extremely hot if you leave your shoes in the area before heading to the beach. You will burn your feet.

An honest review.

I will start by saying the location was perfect. We were on the 12 floor and had access to the beach right off the condominium. It was extremely hot outside and it was very easy to go back to the pool and enjoy the pool to cool off. We also very much enjoyed the balcony we were able to look at the ocean. However, I do have to mention a couple of things that bothered us during our stay. The day before we checked in, we noticed we didn’t have the code for the gate. Everything in our email said door codes, but nothing said gate codes so we messaged the property manager, and she was unable to give us a code so check in was a little hectic. Someone who stayed there gave us the code. The office was also closed. When we arrived to the room, the door was open and personal belongings were on the counter. After about 10 minutes the cleaning lady came back and said she just had to make the bed Tina refunded us $60 to go out to dinner while they finish cleaning, however, the cleaner made the bed, and we noticed that the condo was not clean at all. We had to sweep the floors because there was hair and sand everywhere, the condo could also use a couple of renovations. For example, the comforter on the bed had cigarette burns and a couple of the places. We also had to go out and buy our own toilet paper because there is not enough to last us a week. Overall, the location was perfect, but the cleanliness of the condo was bad. This experience could have been a one time fluke but worth noting

Cozy Condo

Spacious for the square footage. Owner was easy to communicate with. Looks like the pictures! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress on the sleeper sofa and the Murphy bed! I’d book this unit again.

Condo was as described, clean, and great location. Tina was a great host and very helpful with sending updates on checking in and out and responded quickly to any questions. Great place to stay would rent this place again was perfect for what we needed. The view from balcony was gorgeous!

Wonderful vacation

The room was just as pretty as the pictures. Very comfortable with a great view. Perfect spot on the beach. The beach was not very crowded. We had great weather. We didn’t want to come home.
