Peaceful studio in Manhattan Beach a block to the beach

GREAT LOCATION. Studio apartment within a block of the beach. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable space with a backyard. Enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the ocean.

Ten minute drive from LAX and conveniently located in the north side Manhattan Beach, making the rest of LA easily accessible. Includes ocean views, small garage parking space, washer/dryer, kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and shower. Right next to the strand and walking distance to restaurants.

One block from the beach, this simple studio apartment is perfect for a beach vacation or extended visit. Parking spot, backyard, shared washer/dryer, smart TV included. Enjoy the sound of the ocean while reading in the backyard or walk down the hill to get your feet in the sand or ocean.

Things to keep in mind: the first floor apartment is quiet and peaceful, but there is another apartment above so there is potential to hear footsteps. The garage parking spot is tight and not easy to get into. The apartment has a tower fan but does not have air conditioning or heating.

The studio is on the first floor of a two story home. People live in the space above. The garage is a shared space so please be considerate/respectful.

Please enjoy the beach but use the outdoor shower or hose to wash off all sand before reentering the apartment.

There is no air conditioning. AC is generally not a necessity in this area. I find that the ocean breeze and fan is enough to keep the place cool but it can get a bit stuffy on the hottest days of the year

The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out.
