Das Hotel liegt 1. 5 Blocks vom Strand entfernt. Die Condo ist nur wenige Schritte von fabelhaften Restaurants, Geschäften und Parks entfernt.

Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und Bad mit Dusche. Zweites Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen-Schlafsofa.

Neu renoviert mit Holzböden und Stein-Arbeitsplatten überall. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über Edelstahl-Geräte.

Another very good stay in this apartment

We have visited this apartment for the fifth time and enjoyed it as in all the previous years. It has everything you need for your holidays. But the most important point is the location. You have a 180 degree view of the ocean and Manhattan Beach is really a lovely neighborhood where you feel at home the moment you reach this apartment. If you have any questions don‘t hesitate to call your host, he will be available for any question you might have. We already have booked our next stay!

Very nice appartment in a beautiful neighborhood

It was our tenth October stay in Manhattan Beach and the fourth in this lovely appartment. You‘ll find everything you need and your host is always available. And you can be sure to live in a neighborhood where everybody on the street greets you so you feel as a citizen of Manhattan Beach and not as a tourist. One of the highlights of Manhattan Beach are the sunsets, this year they where the best we ever had in Manhattan Beach. Currently we are planning our stay next year.

best place for your holidays

It was the third time we visited this place. And it could not have been better. This year we were here for three weeks and it was wonderful. No rainy day, no crowds, no tourists (only ourselves). This apartment gives you the feeling of being part of the neighborhood. Everybody on the small streets says hello to you and you easily get in contact with the locals (something you miss in Europe). Very nice restaurants are located close to the apartment (fishbar and cafe wild are our our favorites), and you have just 100 m to the beach. If you like to have more restaurants: go to downtown Manhattan beach, only one mile on the very nice promenade along the ocean. The apartment is perfect: very nice interior and a 180 degree ocean front view on the small balcony. You have everything you need to prepare your lunch or dinner. Easy Parking in the garage is provided. Going to the beach you find your beach chairs and towels. The host Todd is very helpful. Ask a question and you get your reply within the same day. This place is becoming our second home and we will return, that's for sure.

Such a lovely apartment close to the beach

We have been in this apartment for the second time and we are sure that it won't be our last time. This place is really, really wonderful. A very nice view on the ocean, 3 blocks to the beach, lovely restaurants in the corner and the interor of the apartment is beautiful as well. Our renter Todd reacted promptly and found pragmatic solutions for our questions. Inside you find everything for your stay, fully equipped kitchen, TV in every room and towels and beach chairs. LAX is near but you hardly hear the jets. To the pier it is a 15 min. walk on the strand (which is also wonderful). Manhattan Beach is a paradise and we really enjoyed our stay.

The view was amazing and the location was perfect for a family vacation, quiet, residential neighborhood, a very short walk to some wonderful coffee, shops, restaurants, and shopping. A very short walk to a beautiful beach and the strand. The place is a little dated, but very comfortable with a very nice kitchen that looks right out to the ocean. Very comfortable and clean.

Absolutely seamless process from booking to check-out, and Todd was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The property itself was perfect for the “beach portion” of our trip, and the view is stunning! We had ample space and amenities, were within an even closer walking distance of the beach than I anticipated, and had effortless access to restaurants and shopping. We were very comfortable and sad to leave!

Perfect location. House was exactly as described. Only problem could not fit our SUV in garage, but we were made aware of that before we booked. Just a pain to find street parking but worth the effort!!Communication was flawless and easy check in and out.

Manhattan Beach was awesome. The view from balcony is amazing. Property is clean and centrally located. The refrigerator/freezer works well but front is rusted out where water and ice is dispensed.Kinda turns you off.

So close to the ocean you can hear the waves

Very quick stay and for the most part we were gone. However it was the perfect place to come back and go to sleep at. Everything worked as planned. Hope we did the right thing for him with the laundry. We highly recommend. And would definitely come back again. Next time maybe get to enjoy some time on the beach

Great Stay!
