Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in einem privaten Luxushaus in der Nähe des Acadia Nationalparks! Dieses klimatisierte Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ist perfekt für ein Paar auf einer romantischen Flucht oder eine kleine Familie auf der Suche nach einem Urlaub mit allem Komfort von zu Hause.

Die große Master-Suite mit einem angrenzenden Badezimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett, Schiebetür zum Balkon Deck und Terrasse, elektrischen Kamin und Flachbild-TV. Master-Bad ist mit schönen Französisch Türen verbunden und verfügt über einen Whirlpool groß genug für zwei Personen, große Dusche, große Stauraum, Marmor-Waschbecken und Marmor Fliesenböden. Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, eine Kommode und einen kleinen Kleiderschrank sowie ein Fenster mit Blick auf den Wald. Zweites Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne / Dusche.

Classy Büro umfasst einen Chefschreibtisch, Bücherregal, Französisch Türen und Drucker zur Verfügung. Idealer Ort für jene Urlauber, die mit der Arbeit einchecken müssen, oder einen ruhigen Platz mit ihrem Computer wollen.

Große Küche hat voll Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank, Doppel-Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und großes Waschbecken. Keurig und Kaffeepads, Geschirr, Koch- und Essgeschirr inklusive.

Wine Bar verbindet Küche und Wohnzimmer mit zwei Temperatur Weinkühler. Gläser, Korkenzieher usw. erhältlich. Volles Esszimmer mit Fenstern mit Blick auf den Rasen, Esstisch für 6 Personen. Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Fußböden und neue Geräte.

Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Fernseher und Kamin. Ideal gelegen für 4 Erwachsene, aber 2 zusätzliche Kinder oder Jugendliche können bei Bedarf auf den großen Sofas im Wohnzimmer schlafen.

Ruhige Lage mit großer Liegewiese, Steinterrasse und Landschaftsgestaltung. Essbereich im Freien, Lounge-Set, Gasgrill, Propanbrenntisch und Hängematte.

Das gesamte Haus wird mit Strom betrieben und nutzt eine umweltfreundliche Erdwärmeheizung, die nicht nur der Umwelt schont, sondern auch ein perfektes temperatur- und feuchtigkeitskontrolliertes Raumklima schafft. Egal, ob es ein kühler Maine-Tag oder heiß und sonnig ist, Sie werden sich sicher wohlfühlen! Die gefilterte Luft ist auch für Allergiker von Vorteil.

Dieses Haus befindet sich im Zentrum von Lamoine, Maine. Es ist 2,5 km vom Lamoine Beach, 3 Meilen vom Marlboro Beach und 1,5 km vom Lamoine State Park entfernt. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Bar Harbor und Acadia National Park. 40 Minuten Fahrt in die andere Richtung nach Schoodic. Einkaufen und Essen in Ellsworth, Bangor, Blue Hill, Hancock und Mount Desert Island. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen, waldreichen Straße.

Hunde sind willkommen. Eine mittelgroße Drahtkiste ist auf Anfrage erhältlich und eine 5x10-Außenkabine für kleinere Hunde. Viel Platz für Ihren Welpen! Große Straße zum Wandern.

Amazing stay in Maine

Kelly’s house was probably the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. The space was pristine, all major amenities accounted for including things for pets. It was also very thoughtfully designed and laid out. Kelly was also super responsive to any messages (though we barely needed to ask her anything as all details were laid out ahead of time and at the house). Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

No complaints about the house. It was clean, new and on a quite private street. It’s about a 35 minute drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia but we really enjoyed getting away from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor at night.

Better than described

Kelly’s place so wonderful. Only 30 mins drive from Acadia. It’s one of the most well-stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed in and we are experienced travelers. If you are looking for a comfortable, tranquil place with all the amenities of home, you should check this out. You will not be disappointed. We only wish our stay was longer. Will definitely consider booking again in the future. Thank you Kelly. Your house made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Excellent!

Wonderful property. It’s a bit difficult to find (DO NOT use Waze or Google Maps. Use only Apple Maps if possible), especially in the dark, but once you get there, it’s fantastic. It’s quiet, private, and pristine. The property itself is awesome. Exceedingly clean, and very well stocked. The hosts are very responsive and reply to messages almost immediately. You won’t go wrong staying here. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definately return.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was just like the listing pictures. It's really hard to find a good property that is pet friendly. Thank God we found this that we all loved. Very clean. Outstanding!!!

I have stayed at several properties in the last few years, and I have to say that this location was one of the cleanest and very user-friendly. The house was fully stocked with sufficient towels, cooking supplies, condiments, coffee, and even cleaning items like laundry detergents. Most locations do not provide these items, so we were very pleasantly impressed. House was recently remodeled and updated. It had a jacuzzi tub and even a gas fire pit in the front yard. Five stars all the way around. Highly recommended.

Incredible Experience for First Time in Maine

Kelly and her Mom were extremely warm, welcoming, kind, and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. Communication was a breeze (Kelly's Mom was even there to show us around when we arrived,) anything you could think of was listed on the welcome sheets when you first walk in, and we had plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. The dog run was great - we traveled with our Australian Shepherd, so it was nice to take a break from hiking/walking her and just let her out in the back. This is probably one of the best stocked rentals we have ever stayed at - we barely needed to grab anything at the store. We were able to jet between Bar Harbor and all aspects of Acadia National Park without issue. It was about 30 minutes to get to the Park from the property. We would love to come back to Maine in the future and we would most definitely stay here again :)

May trip to Acadia NP

Property exceeded our expectations! We selected this property based on the excellent reviews and we were very pleased with our stay. The house is beautiful inside and out. It is in an area off the beaten path with a beautiful property. I will say that the picture of the front of the property did not do justice for this beautiful home! The pictures inside did tell us that this was a gem. The house was stocked with everything you might need on your trip. I have never seen a house so well stocked with food, a full pantry of supplies, cooking utensils, and everything was so nice. I also want to say that the host was very open to make our stay the best. We had some schedule changes come up and she worked with us to make it all work. I realize it is early in the season and easier to make these changes, but she was gracious and replied promptly.

Perfect for a small family

The house was very clean; everything felt very new and modern. Toiletries, cleaning supplies, and a fair number of pantry items were well stocked. The single floor layout made it easy for us to keep an eye on our toddler. The location is a pleasant, quiet woodland area in Lamoine about 30 minutes from Bar Harbor and a short drive to Ellsworth. Deer walked across the yard every day at dawn and dusk. We'd definitely choose this property again.

Beautiful home in the woods

Our family of four just spent a lovely week enjoying the splendid Acadia National Park and surrounding coastal harbor areas. We were here in the busy season (August) so after the hustle of Bar Harbor/Acadia, the house in the woods was fantastic. Lots of space for the boys to throw the baseball, our dog to run around, and a gorgeous garden with bees and hummingbirds! House is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Easy 20-30 minutes to the park. Highly recommend.

A perfect week in Maine

This was our second trip to Maine and our first time staying in this wonderful home. The location was perfect - a secluded feeling while being just minutes from the Lamoine Beach, Ellsworth, and just a short drive to Acadia. The home was the best stocked rental and tended home we have ever visited. We would return in a heartbeat.

Peaceful & beautiful!

We could not have rented a more perfect home! It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. It provided us with everything we needed and more. The property was situated on a private, gorgeous lot, yet easy access to everything. It was about a 20-30 minute ride to Acadia National Park. Beautiful private gem in the woods!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Kelly's place. The home is super clean, beautifully decorated, and situated on a peaceful & picturesque wooded lot that is less than a 30min drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia. It is the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in, and we enjoyed the bright stars at night and the deer grazing in the yard in the morning. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the gorgeous bathroom with jacuzzi tub! We were able to bring our dog with us as well which was a HUGE bonus. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we come back into town :)

Lovely Home!

Quite simply, this is a beautiful home! The kitchen is state of the art, the dining room, office and family room are so pretty. The the master bath is stunning! I felt sad going back to my bathrooms at home… LOL. This is the most well-stocked rental home I’ve seen. The kitchen has everything you need. Taking a hot tub after a long day of hiking was great! We spent most of our time on Mount Desert Island and originally were looking to stay there. But due to availability we couldn’t. This was about a 25 to 30 minute drive door-to-door into Bar Harbor so that’s not bad. We were there the end of August/start Sept. but there was not much traffic going into MDI. Kelly and Sheri were communicative and let us know we could contact them if we needed anything! Thank you both for providing such a nice place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful house and property, very private but within easy reach to trails, beach, Bar Harbor and Acadia and few other gorgeous spots. The house is super clean, well thought through in design, modern, comfortable, nicely stocked and very dog friendly.
