• Golf Cart: Drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Guests are responsible for following all local laws and
safety guidelines when operating the golf cart. A $500 refundable deposit is required to use the golfcart.
• Only registered guests are permitted unless prior approval is granted
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM
• No smoking or vaping inside the home

This home is designed for relaxed coastal stays and is not suitable for event-based groups.
