Willkommen bei Sunset Dream West - Eine haustierfreundliche Unterkunft! Dieses schöne Haus hat einen herrlichen Meerblick vom Hauptwohnbereich. Dieses Haus hat einen umgekehrten Grundriss mit Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und Badezimmer in der oberen Etage (3. Etage). Das sonnendurchflutete Wohnzimmer bietet einen herrlichen Meerblick, viele Sitzgelegenheiten und einen 46-Zoll-Flachbildschirm Fernseher mit Blue Ray Player und Soundbar. Die Küche hat Granitarbeitsplatten und neue SS-Geräte. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit einer Vielzahl von Kleingeräten wie einem Keurig, Gewürzen und Kochgeschirr. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für 8.

Die zweite Etage verfügt über 3 zusätzliche Schlafzimmer. Der Meister ist Ocean Side und hat ein Kingsize-Bett, zwei Schränke, Bad mit Whirlpool, Doppelwaschbecken und begehbarer Dusche. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat auch eine Glasschiebetür, die zu einem privaten Deck führt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Auf dieser Etage gibt es ein komplettes Badezimmer sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Deckenventilatoren, eigene Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player.

Unser Haus verfügt auch über Highspeed-Internet mit WIFI und Chromecast in den Wohnzimmern.

Mit dem Zugang zum Strand, der günstig auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt, sind Sie buchstäblich nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Strandkörbe, Boogie Boards, Sandspielzeug und ein Strandkarren stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Zusätzlich gibt es eine heiße / kalte Außendusche.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten im Freien zählen ein Beachvolleyballfeld, ein Basketballkorb, ein Maislochset, ein Bad-Fäustling, ein Sandkasten (für die Kleinen), ein Gasgrill, ein großer Picknicktisch und eine Hängematte für 2 Personen zum Entspannen. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm im Innenbereich umfasst eine DVD-Bibliothek, Spiele und Bücher.

Wir sind weniger als 3 Meilen von der Stadt entfernt, unser Haus ist bequem zu Restaurants, Geschäften, einer öffentlichen Bootsrampe und Bogue Inlet Pier.

Great property, even better hosts!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach home and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach, with stunning ocean views that we could enjoy right from our balcony. The walkway to the beach is even closer than it appears in the pictures. The beach house itself is beautifully decorated with a coastal theme, featuring a spacious, light-filled open-concept living area and a well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our beach adventures. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space, including the shower which was especially helpful in getting our kiddos clean after the beach. The best part about renting this home though, was the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, allowing us to check in early to evacuate from Hurricane Milton, for which we are so grateful. Their kindness didn’t stop there; they even surprised us with a delightful birthday cake for my son and husband, making their special day truly memorable. Overall, this home is a true gem! It has everything you need for a memorable beach experience. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely beautiful!

This may have been the nicest, cleanest, most well equipped beach home we have ever rented. Perfect location with ocean views from the deck and just steps to what felt like our own private beach. Mary Ann and Scott were such gracious hosts and they literally thought of everything. From the ceiling fans and tvs in every room to the 2nd refrigerator near the outdoor shower. This place had it all! There were spices in the kitchen cabinet along with extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent and even plastic containers for leftovers - a rare find. Very cozy and beautifully decorated as well. We especially loved the captain’s chairs with connected tables on the deck for our morning coffee. 🙂 This home exceeded our expectations! Can’t wait to return!

!! PERFECT SOLICE !!

Well appointed, great location and peaceful with fabulous double deck views! As a whole, this residence is complete with everything! The owners are extremely accessible, attentive and very helpful. The cleaning crew is friendly and responsive ~ we made one call in need of a filter for the fridge / ice maker & it was answered promptly. Kitchen, dining and living area provides a wonderful gathering spot. Bedrooms are setup to provide privacy ~ very comfortable and decorated perfectly for a stay at the coast! A short walk through the "magical forest" opens up to dunes and white beach sand! Upon return, the outdoor hot / cold shower is a gift. Definitely a great choice!!

Great Thanksgiving Stay w/Family

My family and I (Wife, Dog, and Both sets of Parents) rented Mary Ann and Scotts beach house for Thanksgiving this year. We had a wonderful time celebrating the holiday all together under the same roof in Emerald Isle. The house was perfect and had all the items we needed to celebrate our Thanksgiving. Plenty of space for everyone and convenient access to the beach (right across the street). We would highly recommend this property for your family vacation during the holiday or just a trip to Emerald Isle in general.

Fabulous and Flawless EI Beach Stay

Hands down one of the best vacation rentals and experiences we've had in over a decade of VRBO experiences. Seamless and consistent communication with hosts before and during stay so we were well prepared and well taken care of throughout. We had two littles, two grandparents, two parents, and one dog, and each person (and pup) had their own space, bathrooms, and room to play/rest, while we all shared the well appointed kitchen, decks/outdoor spaces, indoor living spaces, laundry in comfort and style. The beach access can't be beat, just a quick walk across the street to the sandy access beach path (with a boardwalk/boarded path just down the block if walking through sand is tough on older guests). Beach was beautiful with ample space to plant our family and spread out for the day. Town, grocery stores, shops, food options (including a great fish market), all needed amenities all within 10 minutes up or down the road. We never left the island and had an incredible week filled with beach time every day, rest time at home, and wonderful home cooked (and grilled) meals of fresh caught fish, seafood, steaks, and veggies. We loved every moment of our stay and Mary Ann and Scott were perfectly gracious and supportive hosts. Perfect generational beach stay and a wonderful way to wind down our summer and get ready for the school year! Thank you Mary Ann and Scott and we hope to see you again next summer - we love EI and your lovely home!

Beautiful Home and Location

We like everything about this beach house. We are already planning on renting again next year. The location is right across the street from the beach access point and is a short drive to the grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. And it’s far enough away for peace and quiet. The home has everything we need, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, an extra refrigerator great AC, and water pressure. We spent every morning drinking coffee on the deck. Very relaxing. The owner left sparking wine and a nice birthday card for my wife. That was really thoughtful. So yeah, the owner is great too!

Amazing Beach Trip

The view of beach was great. Was very short walk to the beach. We found a number of shells and the guys had good luck fishing. We built many sand castles and road the great waves . We took our own chairs but there were chairs available if needed!! The living space was awesome for our family of 7 and our dog Cody too. The kitchen was well stocked as we ate all our meals in. It was great that the linens and towels were included and that we had enough to trade out towels at mid week with fresh set. The hammock was a nice added extra and we were glad to have chairs on the decks to use. Mary Ann and Scott were great host who care and communicated to make sure all was well with our needs and stay. The place met all our expectations and more. We definitely hope it works out that we can return again next year!!

Excellent home and hosts!

We chose Emerald Isle for an after Christmas family getaway. My husband, two young adult sons, our family dog, and I had everything we needed and more at Coastie's Homeport! Mary Ann and Scott were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and attentive hosts throughout our stay, and we definitely would stay again and recommend them to anyone. This spot was perfect! We could see and hear the ocean from the decks, easily walk across the street to the beach, and were well located for exploring the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon, and everywhere from Swansboro to Cape Lookout. We also had a wonderful charter fishing experience with Capt. Jeff Cronk of nccharterfishing.com. He also does ecotours and we'd recommend him as well. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our vacation experience - it was wonderful. We can't wait to come back. Thanks Mary Ann & Scott!

Last minute getaway

We’ve stayed in a lot of houses in the EI area, but this one is now at the top of our list. The setup is great for a family with adult children, and the home was perfectly organized. It was very well stocked with all the necessities needed during our stay. The owner was able to accommodate our schedule change, and she was very easy to get in touch with. You can tell she really cares about the guests staying at her home, and she wants to make sure you enjoy your time while there. We will definitely be returning, and recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Fabulous home on Emerald Isle

We had a wonderful time visiting Emerald Isle for the first time. The house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need to prepare meals for your family. The kitchen has plenty of flatware, plates, cups, glasses, serving pieces to provide meals for your family members. The outdoor shower made it convenient to keep sandy feet and paws outside! There is plenty of room to spread out. Given the weather we chose to enjoy all of our meals outside on the deck. We could enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the upper deck and listen to to ocean. The home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. All the beds were comfortable. The beach was easily accessed just across the street. The neighborhood is very walkable. Check in and check out were easy. Our host provided great suggestions of things to do and dining options. We can’t wait to return to this home on Emerald Isle.

After living in San Francisco, Florida and Guam (all Coast Guard moves), we set up roots in Western Loudoun, VA near the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We've been enjoying Western Loudoun's rolling countryside that boasts of wineries, horse farms and historic estates for over 17 years. Having a place at the beach is a blessing & a welcome change of scenery.
We've visited many beaches. Emerald Isle is one of the nicest with 12 miles of pristine shoreline. It has a small town feel yet has many activities to enjoy - fishing, kayaking, surfing, swimming, kite flying, paddle boarding, golf in nearby towns & many more.
We'd like to share Emerald Isle's little island charm with you, our guest.
