We spent a week at this lovely beach home and were very pleased. The location is excellent, we were able to bring our dog and we found the home to be very clean and comfortable. Communication was on point and check in/check out were a breeze. Traveling with three teenagers, we enjoyed the ease of the combination lock on the door and having all of the kids upstairs. The fenced in yard was ideal for our dog as well. We really enjoyed this home - highly recommend!

We loved the house, just right for us and the doggies! The walk to the beach was short, and the neighborhood pleasant. Even got to watch dolphins swimming by! Our hosts made us feel welcome by all the personal touches. Wish we could meet them some day. We were blessed w good winter weather for golf, pickleball, and shopping.

The good: location and house size.The bad: I wanted to take my dogs to the beach and this booking made me regret that decision. This house is infested with Ticks, spiders, spiders webs, and other insects!You could see the spiders crawling down from the roof, windows, main entrance and the outside was even worse! My dogs would have ticks every morning, I would make sure they were clean before going to sleep and the next morning they had ticks all over them. They also charged me an additional 225 for having 3 dogs but when I did the booking it only gave me the option to select pets, which I did. Be aware of unwanted fees/charges.My first time booking with them and my last honestly, I do not recommend booking this house not only because of the unexpected additional charges but also because your pets will end up with a lot of spiders and ticks.If I would have known this I would have went somewhere else!

Spring Break

The house was spacious. The dogs really enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Not sure when the house was actually cleaned but I don’t think anyone had stopped by prior to our check in. Inside the ceiling fan was covered with dust and cobwebs on the walls. My daughter stayed upstairs but upon leaving we noticed there was a dead lizard under one of the chairs. More attention towards the cleanliness of the property. The walk to the beach was nice and close. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Very thankful for a crate and baby gate being provided so I didn’t have to carry mine up the stairs.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and private house

We loved that there were a lot of trees around the property and a fenced in back yard. The house is just off the main road, which does provide some road noise, however that was only minor. The house was clean and limited supplies, such as 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, and 3 garbage bags. No hair dryer or beach towels were provided. These are things it might have been nice to know ahead of time. We also bought coffee filters and left them for the next guests, as there weren't any when we arrived! I suspect over time, the house will accumulate aluminum foil, plastic bags, etc. that are nice to have things. House had decent furniture, although a bit dated. The king bed in the master bedroom was firm and to our liking! The deck had been recently done and is a great space to hang out.

The location of the home was excellent, and it offered all of the amenities that were listed. Upon entering, however, we noticed a lingering odor from previous pets. There were also several visible stains on the carpet, so we used room spray to help mask the smell.Aside from that, the living area, kitchen, and bedrooms were just as advertised. The home served as a great base for our trips to the beach and other local attractions.Overall, we felt that a few updates and improvements to this well-used home would make it a much better value. Despite those issues, it met our needs and worked well for what we wanted to accomplish during our visit to EI.
