Each side of the duplex is private and separated from the other side unit by a lockable privacy door in the guest bedroom. There is a firewall between the two sides so noise from one side to the other side is not an issue. Each side has it's own entrance, parking, deck space, and amenities. This listing is for the right side only.

Parking below house for 4 cars and hot water rinse. Gas grill under the house.

Primary bedroom: king bed with medium-firm foam mattress and memory foam topper, smart TV, closet, storage, extra blanket, linens on bed. Spectacular ocean view. See the sea from bed! Exterior door to deck. Full black-out curtains.

Guest bedroom: Two twin beds with medium-firm foam mattresses and memory foam toppers. Linens included, sheets already on the bed. Closet. Extra blankets included. Full curtains. Partial sound view. Emergency ladder in case of fire.

En suite bathroom: Walk-in shower, vanity with storage, toilet, lighting

Guest bathroom: Tub/shower combination with shower curtain, vanity with storage, toilet, lighting

Living room: Large comfortable sofa and loveseat. Open storage for personal items. New in 2020, large 65" Smart TV with Spectrum Cable (access Netflix, Hulu, more with your own accounts). BluRay player included. Games, books, and more for family time. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking beach, over the dunes into the ocean. Best view on the island.

Dining area: Seating for 4-6 at dining table. View of the ocean from the dining area. Part of the great room that includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

Kitchen: Newer cabinets, counter tops, backsplash, stainless steel appliances. Extra clean. New toaster and 12 cup drip coffee maker. Microwave. Oven with electric range. Refrigerator with in-the-door water and ice. Too much to list. Everything you need in a functional kitchen..

Deck: Bar height dining table and 4 chairs. Tilting deck umbrella for shade. Bar height tete-a-tete deck seating ensures a perfect view of the ocean. 4 beach-style beach chairs. 1 soft-sided surfboard and 2 boogie boards.

Under the house: Foot wash on dune walk for quick rinses . Open hot water shower. Parking for 4 vehicles under the house in the shade. Hot water hose for rinsing salt spray off windshields. Gas grill under the house that uses small green camping canister only. Canisters provided by guest and can be purchased at local grocery and hardware stores for about $4 a canister that lasts 2.5 hours on medium high heat.

Pet policy:

If you are traveling with a pet, you will be required to agree to our pet conditions in writing. These are non-negotiable and strictly enforced. They are:

1. Max of 2 dogs per booking (no cats or other animals allowed) 2. Pet fee is paid at booking for additional cleaning required after check-out 3. All dogs must be free of fleas/ticks 4. Excessive barking/howling is not permitted 5. Dogs are discouraged from the furniture 6. Bedding, towels, extra blankets, etc. are not allowed to be used as dog bedding, or for dog bathing 7. Dogs must be house-trained and not destructive to property or furnishings
