Nestled among lush trees with stunning water views, this modern split-level house offers the perfect vacation getaway for families and groups of up to 12 guests.
Relax on the deck overlooking the lake, start your day with coffee while enjoying the peaceful scenery, or take advantage of our private pier, perfect for bringing your boat or renting one from local providers. Use our kayaks and stand-up paddleboard to explore the serene waters of Lauderdale Lakes. The home is just a 2-minute drive from the boat launch, making it easy to begin your day on the water. This spacious property features 4 bedrooms (one King, three Queens, and four Twin beds), 2 full bathrooms, and a welcoming open-concept living space that was fully renovated in 2023. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby activities: explore the thrilling John Muir Mountain Biking Trails, enjoy a round of golf at Alpine Valley, or attend concerts at the Alpine Valley Music Theatre. In winter, hit the slopes for skiing and snowboarding or snowshoe through scenic trails. Lauderdale Lakes also offers excellent fishing and boating, while scenic hiking and birdwatching spots provide endless opportunities to connect with nature.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire lakeside home and private pier, with the added opportunity to enjoy our kayaks (one single and two doubles) and stand-up paddleboard for exploring Lauderdale Lakes.
Additional amenities include breathtaking lakeside views, a boat slip, gas grill, gas fireplace, wood firepit, washer and dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, high-speed internet, and all essential bed and bath linens. The home also features a WiFi-enabled smart TV (no cable) and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic supplies, pots, and pans for easy meal preparation.
Guests will have access to all areas of the property during their stay, with the exception of the garage, which is used for storage and remains locked. The driveway provides ample parking for up to six vehicles.
Please note that all toiletries and starter supplies are provided to last 2–3 days. For longer stays, additional items may need to be purchased. . Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted on the property.
