Welcome to one of Whitewater's newest vacation rentals! Built in 2025, this architecturally designed three to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half-bath home is located on a quiet private cove on Whitewater Lake. Its modern design, lake views, and serene setting is ideal for families, couples, or small groups.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
You will be in a convenient location near several attractions. Scenic Ridge Campground is within walking distance and offers a beach, snack bar, water inflatable obstacle course and boat rentals. One of several Whitewater Lake boat launches is a 1/4 a mile away for easy access and allows for all types of boating as well as fishing. Whitewater Lake public beach is a 10-minute drive and offers a playground and swimming beach. Nature land Park is a mile away with easy family friendly trails lined with tall pines, wildlife viewing and picnic areas. Kettle Moraine State Park Southern Unit with miles of trails is equally as beautiful and only a 15-minute drive. Provisions for your group can be found in the nearby town of Whitewater, a 15-minute drive through picturesque tranquil farmland. In the summer you might run across farm produce stands and other delightful spots. OUR HOUSE:
Main Level:
As you enter, you will be met with a breathtaking view of the cove and Whitewater Lake through floor-to-ceiling windows. The open-concept layout allows for gathering and entertaining around the fireplace in comfortable seating, preparing meals together in a fully equipped kitchen with a large quartz island or eating at the dining room table while enjoying the views. The kitchen opens up to a large deck with a gas grill, ample seating, and dining table. With a no step entry available, the main floor is suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Also on the main level is the master bedroom with a king bed, spa like bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The master bathroom allows for a roll-in shower and is equipped with grab bars. Off the master bedroom is an indoor seating area perfect for reading in the morning sun. The screened in porch, also right off the master bedroom, offers a private area for relaxing in big bean bag chairs and is a perfect place to enjoy coffee or drinks while watching for deer and listening to beautiful birds.

Loft:
Walking up the beautifully designed open staircase brings you to the loft where the expansive views continue with windows on all sides. This space can be used as a private work or study area, is open to the main level, or as a 4th bedroom. The trundle can be comfortable seating as well, converted to two twin beds or combined for a full king.

Lower Level
The lower level opens up to a TV room with comfortable seating, sleeper couch, and a beverage bar with refrigerator and microwave. There is walk-out access to the lower deck from the main room and from the queen bedroom. Also on this level is a bathroom with a shower and a bunk room with 4 twin beds.

Outdoor spaces:
The front yard and driveway is a great place for yard games (kids plastic axe throwing game, croquet, cornhole, pickle ball, etc.) The front porch is a wonderful place to sit in the warm sun and watch the world go by. The back yard has a fire pit on the lake shore offering a great place for roasting hot dogs or making s'mores. Guests can enjoy kayaks, a canoe (life jackets for all ages included) and fishing (bring your own pole). An outdoor shower is available to use after going to the beach. On the lower back deck, you can lounge in cool shade and serene surroundings or have a meal together at a table that seats 6. Views of the cove and lake continue and offer wildlife sightings from the indoor windows or outdoor deck. Motorized boats are not allowed in the cove, helping preserve its calm atmosphere.

*Please note there is no direct Whitewater Lake access from the cove. We are unable to accommodate motor boats on this private cove. Please see the Ariel View Photo in the Gallery to see how close the home is to Whitewater Lake! The Cove is perfect for fishing, canoeing/kayaks/paddleboarding and any non-motorized watercraft. Access to the larger Whitewater lake via a boat launch is less than 1/4 mile north of the property on Chapel drive.
