After almost 15 years of serving guests from all over the world, we continue to take great pride in our preparation to maximize each guests enjoyment. We always strive for providing a 5 star quality stay for each and every guest. This process starts with our detailed approach to ensuring each guest is satisfied by both the lakehouse property and the highly engaging process with the host. As a proud host, we reach to guests at least two times during the stay. We hope that guests will respond at least once should they have questions. Sadly, in this case, guest first communicated with us through the review where we learned of concerns post stay. Had we been given the opportunity to address concerns, we could have resolved all questions raised. We would have reminded guest of the highly detailed pictures and description showing and describing our fallen willow tree. Additionally, we would have helped to reference the welcome guide which explains the process for using the easy-to-use natural gas grill which is cleaned before and after each stay. To help maximize each guests stay, we always ask that guests both read the welcome guide and share it with their party. For guests aiming to have the best stay possible, we also recommend communicating with the host at least one time during the stay.
