This 550 sq.ft 1 bed/1 bath apartment is fully stocked with things you need to enjoy your stay in this Beautiful Beach Town. The couch pulls out becoming a 2nd bed (Queen Size) to accommodate 2 extra people. Enough seating for 4 guest and visitors, but more than enough space for couples vacationing or a single traveler.

Guest will have full access to the whole apartment.

Note: Reserve parking available at the property. Free 12 hr parking available if you have a second vehicle 3 blocks away. Need to move your vehicle every 12 hrs.

Other things to note:
Keep in mind the this is in a 7 unit apartment complex. Therefore, hearing noises from other residents at random times could potentially occur. We cannot control what the neighbors do. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom sink is low to help conserve water and to avoid spillage over the sink. It is flowing enough for normal use.

As stated on the listing, their is no AC in the apartment. Weather is mild in the summer and stays fresh throughout the year. Fans are provided and by keeping windows open to let fresh air in.
