Dies ist eine neu renovierte Einheit mit Granit- und Keramikfliesenböden in der Küche und in den Bädern, neuen Schränken, sämtlichem Kochgeschirr, Tellern, Utensilien usw. Es verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit einer Sealy Posturepedic-Matratze, verspiegelten Schranktüren und einem Wäscheschrank. Wir bieten Rucksack Liegestühle und Strandtücher. Aufenthalt abgebrochen und verkürzt

Die Unterkunft war bestimmt mal schön . Die Lage zum Strand ist optimal der Rest naja . Leider entsprach es nicht mehr den Bildern und die Sauberkeit hat diskussionspotential. Entsprechend haben wir uns nach der 1 Nacht anderweitig was gesucht . Wünsche der Vermieterin aber weiterhin viel Erfolg und hoffe das man sich die Kritik konstruktiv nutzt!

Our Stay In Redondo

All in all a great listing, clean, well equipped and great location, about the only minus points I would give are as follows: It would have been helpful to have an info sheet, with the host contact info, emergency numbers, house rules, and the most important for myself as a business traveler, the WiFi password. I worked for a vacation rental company nearly 3 years and we always recommended that hosts have an info sheet at the listing, and in our case it would have been essential to have internet access. The next thing would be to inform the guests that there are tenants living in the adjacent flat, not a major issue but one of the tenants had pretty heavy feet when walking around above our flat. Finally, I would advise the host to have a carpenter fix the door, it sticks and was difficult to open and close, my wife was unable to open it at all, this could be a concern if a guest staying alone at the listing need to get inside quickly, it would take maybe a 10 minute bit of sanding to fix the problem. Other than those minor points it's a great flat in a great location for anyone wanting to visit the south bay beach area.

Nice location near the ocean

We stayed 4 weeks at the apartment, the location was convenient. The apartment is very dark, no natural light comes in. Might be an advantage in summer time. The pics on the internet are very deceiving as they are more than 6 years old. Yes, there is a BBQ outside, but it absolutely cannot not be used, as it is rusted, dirty and overgrown with bush plants. Sitting outside is also not possible! The chairs are filthy and torn, the view is terrrible! A huge pile of bird droppings greets you when you open the "patio" door and the surroundings are a junk yard. Old toys, broken furniture, old printers... etc., literally a junk yard. I cannot understand all the phantastic rewievs. If it wasn't for the many cats around the house, I would have been afraid of rats. The coffee maker is old and dirty, bought a new one for our use. The pots and pans are old and worn, they shed the antistick coating, nothing you would like to have in your food. The baking pan only consists of rust. The water dispenser on the fridge is broken, telling from the rusty traces at the door not only since yesterday. The bathroom drawers are full of filthy old shampoo bottles, dirt, and a collection of approx. 30 old and used soaps, hair still sticking to it! The shower curtain is full of mold with rusty hooks. I could go on with more, the sofa had so many undefinable stains that we had to put a blanket over it. I cannot understand why Jennifer does not look from time to time into the cabinets and clears old jam, moldy food, etc. off the fridge. I cleaned a couple of cabinet shelves in order to be able to use them. The owners life right above the apartment, so why are they living in a junk yard? They get up very early in the morning and you can hear walking and every word they say, even the noise from starting the PC. Not soundproof at all. The mattress was ok, also you got hot water for the shower and good pressure. We stayed many times in apartments in the area, but this was the worst. Jennifer came one time, because the heating was not working, but no interest or any question if everything is ok. To my regret I cannot post pictures here to prove my comments.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, mit allem, was man braucht.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Jennifer, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Felt at Home

The apartment is great! It has everything you could need. It would definitely work for a longer short term rental, like a semester or travel nurse, etc. We stayed a week. So the good…bed is comfy, spacious, nice new grill,stocked kitchen, clean. Bad (no place perfect), the TV is older and no smart TV so only direct TV, the internet is very slow in the bedroom and phone signal isn’t great so you need the internet. The host was not very quick to respond to questions. If we would have had a problem, it’s concerning it took her 24 hrs to respond or more. Sheets did not further bed so I was trying to make the bed each night I would stay again though for sure

Nice place to stay

The unit is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s location is perfect being a close distance to the beach and any stores or restaurants you may want to visit. The hosts were prompt with any questions that came up. I would recommend for a nice cozy stay.

It was a pretty place. Quiet area, which was nice. I do think if you’re going to advertise amenities, they should be clean. For example, the coffee machine was very dirty. The grill was rusted, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The outside sitting area was full of leaves and dust. I did also have a package that was signed for, and I never received. Which I thought was odd, because the owner of the unit received had a package waiting for her with no issues. Other than those things, it was lovely to stay there.

Great Vrbo - super well stocked!

Great property, the host was really clear and easy to deal with and the location was central and easy to walk to many places. Our suite was super well stocked in the bathroom and kitchen and with the bedding. We had more than enough towels, bedding, toilet paper and paper towels for 4 women for 5 nights. Overall lovely and cozy place to stay.

We’re seniors and the only problem was the door.

Aside from being in the back of the property it was fully equipped, nicely decorated and functional. The door was a problem because it often stuck and hard to open. Aside from that we had a very good stay and visit with our family.

Los Angeles area vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and located in a nice neighborhood, close to many of the attractions we wanted to visit. It had all the amenities we needed, and check in and out was very easy. Having 1 and a half bathrooms was a real plus. Jennifer is a great host. Would highly recommend.

Comfort, Convenience, and Value

This accommodation was great! In addition to the full master bath, there is also a half bath, which gave us both a place to get ready before heading out. The living room has a very comfortable sectional in front of a big screen TV. There is a full size dining room table, and the kitchen was fully stocked, so we saved some money by eating in a meal or two each day. The apartment is located on the ground level behind the main house, and it was very quiet. The neighborhood is safe, and street parking was fairly easy to find. The host responded quickly when we had questions, and she provided many towels and bicycles for our use. We plan to stay here again.

Not my ideal place!

The property looks good on the website. It was not my standard of cleanliness, the fridge had not been cleaned, there was stale food under the sofa cushions, the so called patio was small and unclean. The path to the property was uneven and bad lighting. The outside looked like a junk yard. It was very disappointing to say the least!
