The location was on point. We had direct beach access and the views where amazing. The unit was cleaned however we had a delay of an hour to our promised checkin time which was very disappointing. The hair dryer if you could call it that didn't worked most of the time and overheated the times. I'm not sure why there wasn't any curtains in the bedroom to block out the sunlight. We had rain for a few days during our visit and when we did have a few days of sunshine. It would have been helpful to have some coverings to block out the sun. Overall I would give the location a 5 and overall a 3.8 for the unit. Yes, I would stay again because of the location.

Great spot for a family beach vacation!

We loved staying here! It is literally ON the beach! The space was clean and even a bit more spacious than it looked in pictures. The beach was very family friendly - mostly families with their kids! The host and management were always helpful and quick to respond to questions. The only thing I would do is add some curtains to the big glass doors. Waking up with the sun at 5am on vacation isn't my favorite. If there were curtains, we'd 100% stay here again! As a heads up to out of towners, nobody here has A/C. So, no matter where you stay, bring a fan to keep the cool beach air flowing through the space and you're golden! Thank you to our hosts for a great space and a lovely stay!!

Overall our stay was nice, but there were several issues.First, the kitchen needs to have a major deep cleaning. I tried to clean the refrigerator doors the best I could, but it along with the cabinets and drawers all need to be scrubbed (no cleaning spray was provided). The dishwasher smelled terribly and had water sitting in it from the time of our arrival. The setup of the kitchen was also odd - some drawers wouldn't fully open because of the layout and hitting into the handles of other cabinets. The supplies were lacking. The few pots/pans have scratches, and there were no pot holders. Next, the couch was very uncomfortable as a couch and very squeaky as a pullout bed. There were no ceiling fans, which makes it feel pretty stuffy when you close the doors due to the lack of air conditioning.Also, the screen doors were a mess, and we could only get one of them to smoothly open and close. It would also be nice to have some sort of window covering to keep the rooms dark in the morning.Getting into the building was a challenge because you have to get the key from the unit first to be able to get into the parking garage. The hallways also smelled badly.The description is incorrect - it's 2 queen beds, not 1 king. And, disappointingly, there were NO beach essentials provided. The best part was the amount of storage space and the location. The worst part was feeling like we were sneaking around based on the rules listed about not talking to any neighbors.
