Schöne 3-Zimmer-Villa auf einer kleinen Wohnanlage von 7 Immobilien mit direktem Zugang zum Pool und Breitband-Internetzugang inklusive. Von Weinbergen und Bergen mit Blick auf das Meer umgeben, ist das Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage, nur 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß von der sanften Treiben der Stadt Restaurants, Cafés, Galerien, Boutiquen und Stränden. Große Gartenterrasse genießt die Sonne von morgens bis abends perfekt zum Essen im Freien, mit Balkon im ersten Stock Terrasse ideal für Kaffee am Morgen! Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ganz klimatisiert. Der Wohn- und Essbereich verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen, 4-Platten-Herd, Mikrowelle, etc. Neben kostenlosem Breitband-Internet, hat das Wohnzimmer Sat-TV, DVD-Player, iPod / Telefon-Dock, CD-Player und Radio mit Spielen und DVDs. Outstanding vacation property with pool

We had an outstanding vacation in this peaceful, clean villa close to town. Pool was delightful. It was nice and helpful to be able to walk into town on busy market days. Owner very responsive in communications. Her briefing book in the villa was amazingly helpful. We would like to go back and recommend it highly!

Very nice and well equipped villa in a quiet area / I recommend +++ Very nice communication with the owner who provide lots of information regarding sightseeing. Collioure is the place to be in the Pyrenees Orientales department if you want to enjoy magnificent views/walks.

Collioure visit

A fabulous week in a great location. Our accommodation provided extensively for our needs. Approximately 10-15mins walk from the town centre/beaches. We visited for the festival of St Vincent which was such a treat. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Villa 4 Collioure

Villa 4 is a lovely property and ideal for the 2 of us as a base to visit Collioure and the surrounding area. Everything you needed at the property and it was a home from home. Lovely sitting out areas and great Pool too. Only 15 mins walk into the centre so is ideal to not use the car! Excellent communication with the host.

I want to go back!

Perfectly positioned to explore the amazing Cote Vermeille the villa has everything you need and is within a short walk to Collioure itself. Perfect aspect to enjoy the sun in the morning with breakfast on the balcony and then later on with apero on the terrace. Collioure itself is stunning but there are also many surrounding spots to discover - the quiet bays of Paulilles and lunch at the impressive fish market at Port Vendres will live long in the memory. We will definitely be returning - one week is not enough!

Nice villa, good location.

Villa was well equipped and very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into it. Suggestions of good restaurants and places to visit were useful. Pool was lovely with great sunbeds. Short walk into town. Collioure itself is a great place to visit. Owners responded in a friendly and efficient manner to all emails. Really appreciated directions from airport and back again. Hope to return.

Happy Holidays!

Villa Four is a superbly situated villa, set out of town away from the hustle and bustle of village life, the villa provided great views with the convenience of a short walk into town. Villa four is a well kept and maintained dwelling and highly furnished, making our stay very pleasurable and convenient. It was pleasant to have the 'home away from home' feeling on our weeks holiday with the added bonus of hot weather, air con, terrace and a pool. D, the villa owner has put together a very well thought out information pack with personal restaurant reviews and leaflets for local attractions. An enjoyable stay!!

A fantastic week in Collioure

Villa Four is superbly located within easy walking distance of the bustling centre of Collioure, and yet benefits from a peaceful residential location with delightful views of the town and countryside. The property is extremely well appointed and immaculately clean; the owners have catered for every eventuality, from al fresco dining on the spacious pool terrace to cosy nights in with a good book or watching the television. The outdoor space receives sun throughout the day and evening, and the poolside is a relaxing area to retire to after a day exploring the local beaches and vineyards. The owners have taken great care to compile a thorough information pack, detailing personally recommended local restaurants and excursions. We will be back!

Wonderful and relaxing holiday in Collioure

We (couple) had a perfect and pleasant stay for two weeks in September in the house. After many too busy weeks a wonderful relaxation. The house is absolute clean, well maintained and easily accessible. All pictures represent the actual situation. Really comfortable: you have your private parking right at the entrance door of the house. So even huge shopping amounts (e.g. wine) were unloaded in an easy way. Not to forget the clean and well maintained pool. And the best: it’s a wonderful retreat from the busy center of Collioure. You can enjoy the beaches during the day, go out at night in one of the many restaurants – and come back to a quiet location, all within 12 to 15 minutes’ walk. And if you feel too tired: Taxi is just 6 to 7€ one way Also a very correct treatment with all payments. D. answers all eMails in an incredible speed. Thanks therefore.

Séjour dépaysante et fort bien agréable

L'appartement est bien situé mais assez loin par rapport au centre ville; cependant cet inconvénient est plus que compensé par les agréables promenades qui obligent, les parkings pour non-abonnés au centre ville étant effectivement néant et aussi excentré que l'appart! La cuisine est bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité, ce qui est plutôt rare et a été apprécié. Il manque juste une surface pour préparation, mais cela est juste une préférence de ma part, puisqu'il y a quand même une table à côté qui satisferait à d'autres locataires. Les lits sont propres et confortables. On n'a pas essayé les clic-clacs. Les rangements de grande capacité sont très bien. La piscine est impeccable et l'eau est super-bien filtré; on a vu passer plusieurs fois la personne qui s'en occupe avec diligence et compétence. Il y avait quelques mineurs pépins; comme la pommette de douche qui ne tenait pas; vite réglé avec un tournevis (heureusement j'en avait dans la voiture) mais ce genre de chose ne devrait pas se trouver dans une location plutôt haut de gamme. Une autre chose : il est très difficile à ombrager la terrasse. La difficulté de sécuriser des parasols est compréhensible, vu les vents violents qui se produisent sur ce côte et qui en empêche de laisser déployé sur la terrasse, mais c'est un détail qui mérite d'être étudié. Peut être un ou deux pieds pour parasol de plus ? Le wifi n'a guère marché pendant tout notre séjour; impossible de regarder Netflix ! Les voisins de côte avaient le même souci. Il me semble que cela est lié au déploiement de fibre ; les opérateurs ralentissent le débit au néant. Si cela avait fonctionné, il aurait été bien d'avoir un câble HDMI à disposition, déjà branché sur la télé. D'autres locataires ont critiqué la climatisation et le BBQ; la clim a très bien fonctionné une fois que j'avais remplacé des piles de la télécommande concernée ! En ce qui concerne le BBQ dont je ne me suis pas servi, j'ai bricolé des poignées de fortune et il devrait être de nouveau exploitable par des futures locataires. Finalement un mot sur le propriétaire qui a toujours répondu très rapidement à mes questions, a essayé de fournir rapidement des solutions quand on avait des mineurs soucis et ainsi fait bonne impression. Merci !

Villa très propre et bien entretenue, spacieuse, très fonctionnelle et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Parfait pour une famille de 4. La climatisation est appréciable, particulièrement pour les chambres à l'étage qui restent tempérées pour passer une bonne nuit. Très peu de vis-à-vis, seulement quand on est sur la terrasse. La piscine est vraiment sympa, et on en peut plus accessible depuis la terrasse. La propriétaire est bien à l'écoute de ses hôtes. La villa est bien située pour Collioure, au calme et facile de se garer. Il faut une petite vingtaine de minutes à pied pour aller au centre-ville. En bref, un séjour inoubliable ! Very clean and well maintained villa, spacious, very functional and with all the necessary equipment. Perfect for a family of 4. The air conditioning is appreciable, especially for the upstairs bedrooms which stay cool for a good night's sleep. Very few overlooking, only when you are on the terrace. The pool is really nice, and you can easily access it from the terrace. The owner is attentive to her guests. The villa is well located for Collioure, quiet and easy to park. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to get to the city center. In short, an unforgettable stay!

Maison charmante

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison. Il y a deux grande chambre très agréable à l'étage. Elle est à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Collioure par un petit chemin, facile. La piscine est partagée mais nos voisins Anglais sont vraiment très charmants. Le plus, on peut garer la voiture juste devant la maison, rare à Collioure.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour à la Villa Four - merci d'avoir pris grand soin de notre maison. La promenade facile en ville est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avons acheté la propriété car ma mère n'est pas très mobile. J'espère que vous avez réussi à sortir en voiture pour visiter d'autres localités - il y a tellement de choses à voir dans la région ; chaque fois que nous visitons, nous découvrons quelque chose de nouveau! Une bulle de calme sur les hauteurs de Collioure

Très jolie petite propriété, très bien équipée et idéalement située sur les hauteurs de Collioure avec chemins de randonnée et montagne juste derrière. Le centre-ville est accessible à pieds en 20 minutes. La piscine est grande et un vrai plus en plein été! Petit bémol sur le frigo un peu petit: prévoir de petites courses, mais les magasins étant tous proches, ce n’est pas un problème. Propriétaires charmants et rapidement disponibles par mail, merci encore à eux! Nous recommandons fortement cette location!

Bon séjour , belle région

Maison propre, bien équipée, très bien située, au calme et lits faits à l’arrivée ( c’est appréciable) ... La bonne literie et la climatisation qui fonctionne très bien nous ont permis de passer de bonnes nuits. Nous avons également apprécié la jolie piscine très bien entretenue , dont nous avons pu disposer facilement malgré les restrictions liées au COVID 19 . Petit bémol : le manque de parasol pour la terrasse et le manque d’intimité par rapport à la terrasse voisine ... mais nuancé par des voisins (propriétaires) vraiment charmants . En bref , nous avons trouvé dans ce lieu ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer d’agréables vacances dans cette année pourtant troublée par le coronavirus.

Comme nous l'indiquons dans notre dossier d'information sur les villas, nous fournissons une base de parasol de haute qualité, mais pas le parasol lui-même. Cela est dû aux vents imprévisibles et en rafales de Tramontane dans la région qui souvent soulèvent et emportent des parasols qui ont été laissés sans surveillance, mettant en danger les biens, les véhicules et les personnes à proximité. Vous êtes invités à apporter / acheter votre propre parasol, mais à vos risques et périls.
