The house or villa is in a quiet residential part of Collioure. It has modern, high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. .
The master bedroom has a double bed and french windows on to a balcony with sweeping sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has twin Vanity sinks, a bath and over bath shower. There are two seperate toillets.
Downstairs is an american style kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, and the adjoining eating/ living area has a table to seat four in comfort, Futon sofa bed , flat screen television and free satellite TV channels and WiFi .
There is a balcony area through the french windows complete with a small table and chairs, perfect for sitting with a drink and book and watching the boats go past on the sea in front of you.
The house has shared use of a good sized swimming pool which is open from June to september.
The house is a gentle walk, mainly along the seafront, into the centre of Collioure.
The centre of collioure has ample restaurants, bars, shops a local market and artists ateliers (studios)
There is also only a 20 minute walk to get you to the active fishing port of Port Vendres where you can still see fisherman bring in their catch each day.

A lovely apartment in a good location.

The property was very comfortable and well equipped. The views from both downstairs and upstairs of the bay were stunning. We used the swimming pool quite a bit (a few steps from the property) and enjoyed sunbathing and swimming there. The pool and surrounding area was very well maintained. It was early in the season so we didn't encounter that many other guests there and it was really nice to have it so close by. Collioure is a very picturesque and lively place with very nice beaches and lots of restaurants/cafes. We hired a car but we noted that there was a very good We booked this week at the last moment and it turned out to be a gem. Linda and Michael Lewis

A lovely stay in Collioure

This property is ideally located for visiting the Pyrenees Orientales area. A short walk into both Collioure and Port Vendres. The property is well laid out and well equipped the views from both balconies are lovely. The location is also a good base to travel out from. We travelled to Ceret, which has a fabulous Saturday market, and the area around it. We travelled into Spain to the Gulf of Roses the journey around the high coast road was spectacular. We visited several beaches at Argeles and Banyuls Sur Mer all different in their own right. Our favourite location was Collioure a place we have visited several times before. A lovely atmosphere nice restaurants and a characterful market on Sundays and Wednesdays which extents into lazy lunches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great position with views accordingly. I was a little worried when i saw the giant crane looming over the building site opposite that we would be woken daily by noisy builders. However, small mercies no builders in sight.Overall apartment equipped well. We didnt mind lack of aircon as there was a gorgeous breeze throughput our stay. There are several fans for use if needed.The checkin time on website stated 3pm but on information sheet sent by host it states 4pm. Slighyly misleading. However, Gavin the cleaner let us drop off our luggage at 3.30 as he was running late.Fantastic pool which we found difficult to lure my grandchildren away from. There are a few plastic chairs for general use but the loungers are owned by another villa and locked up. The apartment has a few deckchairs for use if you needed some more comfortable seating.Cleanliness overall good but the shower cubicle had alot of limescale and water marks to the door plus mould to grouting. We did not use as didnt want to be responsible for the final clean on exitParking is on street which we fortunately secured a spot on arrival. We only went out in the car once during our stay and managed to find a slot on our return. However can imagine returning before 6pm would be an issue as daytrippers fill up all the spaces during 9am - 6pm.Shops - Lidls located on way to Port Vendre.. only 15 mins away on foot (worth not losing carparking space) or 5 mins in car.

Die Lage war gut oberhalb von Coullioure richtung Banyuls-sur-Mer. Einen Parkplatz hätten wir nicht gehabt ohne die Hilfe von Nachbarn und der Pool war nicht zur Alleinbenutzung sondern für das ganze Quartier.Das Haus selber war schlecht auffindbar am Anfang, aber wirklich gut was die Sauberkeit angeht.

Tolle Lage

Es war wie Beschrieben. Die Aussicht war toll und die Lage hervorragend. Ruhig und dennoch fussläufig zum Zentrum. Einige Dinge, wie z. B. die Pfannen könnten mal ausgewechselt werden. Ansonsten ist alles da. Im Sommer reichen die Ventilatoren nicht. Eine Klimaanlage wäre toll. Aber alles in allem eine gute Ferienwohnung.

Einfach perfekt

Eine schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Das Zentrum ist problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar, das Busnetz für die Umgebung recht gut. Ein Auto ist also nicht zwingend notwendig.

Geräumige Fewo mit wunderbarem Meerblick

FeWo auf 2 Etagen, ruhig gelegen, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum gelegen. Ausstattung gut, für das Kochen aufwändiger Gerichte reichen 2 Platten evt. nicht ganz aus. Betten mit Matratzen für Leute, die Härte lieben. TV konnten wir nicht aktivieren. Insgesamt wunderbare Unterkunft in einem fantastischen Ferienort.

nice spacy house, close to village

we liked the house, it offers enough room for parents plus kids. There are two balconies with a nice view to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and a dish washer, that we did appreciate quite a bit! There are two small electric hotplates and there is an italian espresso machine, that fits onto one of the hotplates, which we loved to use. The kitchen is equipped with some simple tools, but with good planning of the meals we managed to do some great cooking anyway. Just watch out for the garbage containers, they are not easy to find, as they are in an extra area beside the road. We felt save and comfortable and the heating in the house worked super good, so we had it warm even though the nights still were cold and got some rain during our stay. The wifi and the TV worked fine as well and we even watched a British Movie as there were a few at the house. As we were there in spring, we can't say anything about the swimming pool, the whole holiday complex though is nice, quiet, well looked after and you can also sit at the front side of the house and enjoy the sun, as that is the sunny side. The area around there is fantastic, we absolutely liked it and Collioure is the best place to be! We did lot's of walks and combined that with visits of museums, castles and little villages or cities, absolutely great! We can asolutely recommend staying there!

Vue exceptionnelle. Piscine okAppart moyen : tv française en panne volet roulant du salon cassé coulisse pommeau de douche cassé table extérieure rouillée et pas de nappe. Wifi code et changé sans avertissement. Propriétaire pas très ouvert ne parlant que l’anglais et pas très souple. Situation calme mais très éloignée de la ville donc voiture obligatoire sinon côté à 35 % à l’aller et au retour. Aucun commerce de proximité. Sinon appart assez agréable.

Super fin lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt fra 2 terrasser/balkoner. I gåafstand til både collioure og port vandres, så bilen kunne blive stående i alle dagene. Roligt og trykt område at bo i. Rent og med sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker o.lign. Så intet ekstra skulle medbringes.

Séjour détente et découverte

Idéalement situé ce logement nous a permis de passer un séjour mêlant repos et découverte de cette côte maritime magnifique jusqu’à la frontière espagnole. L’hôte est très réactif, le logement propre et l’ambiance résidentielle respectueuse. À noter une très belle piscine collective ensoleillée.

I make it quite clear that we have no designated parking. One can usually park on the road directly in front of the house. We have never had a parking problem in october

appartement Collioure

In augustus 2022 verbleven wij 1 week in dit appartement. Het ligt op een rustige plaats, het strand is op loopafstand en er is een heerlijk, schoon, verkoelend zwembad bij. Het appartement is ruim met 2 balkons. De bedden zijn prima (dubbele bed is 1,40m). Er is een wasmachine aanwezig. Het uitzicht is prachtig! In dit appartement is geen airco aanwezig. 's Zomers koelt het 's nachts niet af (>30 graden), dit vonden wij echt heel warm. In de keuken is geen oven, wel een magnetron. Als je aankomt, bevindt de sleutel zich in een kastje naast de deur. Je krijgt via de sms een code van de verhuurder, die vul je in op het kastje en dan krijg je de sleutel. De routebeschrijving klopte bij ons niet helemaal, waardoor we na een lange autoreis nog flink moesten zoeken. Rijd de de 'route imperiale' op (1-richtingsverkeer), ga bij nummer 66 (groot wit/groen bord) rechts af de oprijlaan/doodlopende weg in en dan is het appartement nummer 19 (trap af - 2e appartement rechts). Als wij deze routebeschrijving hadden gehad, dan hadden we het makkelijk kunnen vinden.

It is just far enough away from the centre of Collioure to remain peaceful throughout the year,whilst still being only a short walk from the centre
