Zwei Schlafzimmer. Eine Master-Suite mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und zwei Kleiderschränken mit Kleiderbügeln für Ihren Kleiderschrank. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem geräumigen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einem Badezimmer. Wir haben auch eine Queen-Luftmatratze und die Couch ist ein Futon für mehr Schlafplätze. Zugang zur Wohnküche und 2 Balkonen.

Clean and Convenient

Our stay was fabulous. Plenty of room for us and many great restaurants nearby and easy access to Marta to get around if you don’t have a car. The home was clean and communication was fast and smooth with Elvy.

Elvy was excellent in communicating directions and property details. We loved the fact that the unit is the corner, unit giving us a bit of privacy and a great view of the downtown skyline. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as well as the common areas. An unexpected bonus for us was the additional half bath!, coffee pods, and snack station! Thank you for that extra effort.

Location is the key. You are right down from Atlantic Station (shopping, movies, events). There is a free shuttle that will get you around the area, including Arts Center MARTA station. From there, all of Atlanta is available to you. From the small deck, you can look at the Skyline of downtown, and watch some entertaining traffic situations. Be aware, there is a Fire Department next to the townhouse, I don't sleep much so it wasn't an issue. Host is quick, responsive and flexible. Our 2nd time here, and we already have ATL scheduled in again.

Very tidy and nicely appointed home. Secure garage and great access to midtown Atlanta, and only 10 minutes from the GCC. It is multilevel with stairs.

This property is in a great safe location only a few miles from downtown. There is a lot of free parking and restaurants less than a mile away. We will stay here again.

We came to town for a conference and enjoyed a nice cozy place to unwind after long days of meetings. Listing was accurate. Place was very clean. Elvy was very accomodating and prompt at answering questions. Highly recommend!

Awesome Place Near Atlantic Station!!!!!

Wonderful townhome really close to everything. Can walk to grocery, movie theater, 20+ restaurants, shops, etc. Really enjoyed the home and the area for a month. Host was amazing with communication and the kitchen was very well stocked. It is noisy but that is expected in the city and after a couple days I didn’t even notice it. Will stay again!!!!!

Christmas Weekend with the Family

The only issue was the slow WiFi so we couldn’t watch TV in the rooms or family room area. Kept Buffering. But otherwise the place is great. This is the 3rd time I’ve used this facility. I Love the host she is the best and works to make things wonderful. Love it

Weekend Atlanta Getaway

Nice 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. Easy to access off of interstate, has a garage for one vehicle (don't bring a full-size pickup truck, you aren't going to fit). Conveniently located for anything you would like to do in downtown Atlanta. We visited for the Peach Bowl. Owner is very responsive to questions and check-in/access and check-out were easy. Would definitely recommend. There are many stairs in this three story arrangement, if you have any mobility issues, particularly with stairs, this might not be the place for you, otherwise good to go.

The property was nice but the three levels could prove to be a challenge for some. Also, cleaners should check the oven as a used cookie sheet was found there. A noise machine helped but did not fully block out interstate and street traffic noise.

Dated But Decent Property

My overall impression of the property is it's dated but decent/spacious. Has room for improvement. I hope after this honest review I'm allowed to stay again. Pros: -Host responds quickly/kindly -Plenty of room (3 stories) -Two balconies (for fresh air & drinking my tea 😊 ) -Minimal cameras (garage & Ring Doorbell) -FREE, one-car garage parking -Spacious kitchen w/all appliances most homes have, including laundry appliances -Updated 'frige -Location good but road has weird interstate egress/ingress & is very busy with speeding cars (witnessed road rage next to property) -Abundant closet space with plenty of hangers -Two sinks/counters in 1st bathroom; instead of side-by-side, they're opposite 1 another Room for improvement: -Nothing against host but I hope the host changes cleaning company because they are not doing a good job (I always bring my own cleaning gear/clean select spots as I go/before I leave.). Here's why: -The gas stove/oven were filthy -1of the kitchen drawers had an open/stuck-on ketchup packet in the drawer -Most of the dishes were dirty/had been put away wet -All linens were dingy. Please bring your own -No seating in bedrooms -No good spaces to work (needs desk, offc. chair with wheels, etc.), except dining room table -Several bulbs out in bathroom = dimness -LED/some sort of lighting needed in shower OR lighter shower curtains, because once curtaina closed, it's very dark in the shower

Not Quite What I Expected

Overall, I found the Property to be okay; the Master Suite was nice whereas the other 2 bedrooms were just okay. Shower in bedroom #2 had an issue with the head so water was very sporadic. This made showering for 5 people challenging. The garage parking isn't big enough for a pickup truck so my front end extended a couple feet out into the driveway (had to leave garage door up). The deadbolt to the garage is misaligned so you need to pull up hard in order to engage. The blind in the Master bathroom is broken so only one side goes up (very awkward). There is no stopper for jacuzzi tub in Master bathroom so showers only. Bedroom #3 on ground floor only has 1/2 bathroom so folks need to shower in Master bedroom or Bedroom #2. The townhouse is close to Highway and a main throughfare so constant traffic sounds. A lot of street racing at night so 12 am onward made sleeping a challenge (I was normally up from 12 am until around 4 am). Bathroom #2 looked like it wasn't cleaned very well but I wasn't staying in that room so didn't realize this until my son pointed it out. Other than this, the Townhouse was fine and had most amenities you would want. The Host was very quick to respond to messages and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck after dinner since weather was beautiful. Street parking is hit or miss; sometimes you have to park across the street and down a ways (2nd vehicle). Note: There's a substantial surcharge for your Guests which I'm not used to.

Thank you for your feedback. Some hosts incorporate their extra guest fees into their nightly rate so we tend to be priced lower nightly. We’re very transparent with our pricing and it’s broken down for you before you book. I know you asked for the fee to be waived but as a business we couldn’t accommodate that request for you. The master bedroom shower stopper was found sitting on the corner of the tub after you checked out. If this had been brought up during your stay, we would have been more than glad to come by to address it. We are in the middle of the city so unfortunately we can’t control the city noise. Our listing is advertised and a 3/2 so that means there’s 2 full bathrooms and we do have the other 2 half bathrooms which don’t have showers. Our garage can accommodate up to a Tahoe sized SUV or regular pick up truck so being that you had a double cabin pick up, it didn’t fit completely to able to close the garage door but we’re glad that you were still able to park in the garage and just lock the door to the interior which many guests have done in past. Thanks again for your stay!
