Walking distance to Piedmont Park, MARTA, BeltLine, museums, arts, theater, shopping, restaurants and night life. Near other great neighborhoods like Downtown, Old 4th Ward, Little Five Points, and Inman Park. 1 block from a convenience store, 0.7 mi. to Starbucks and Trader Joes.

Cute house in a cute neighborhood

This house is very cute in the midtown section of Atlanta. We came in for PRIDE festivities and were in the perfect location. House is spacious, updated and modern. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful if we needed him. No issues and would book this property again, for sure.

Exactly what we needed

Family trip with 6 adults, had all the space we needed, very clean and accurately listed. Bryce was quick to respond, check in was a breeze. Had zero issues with the neighborhood, never felt unsafe, lots of old homes with great character. Would absolutely stay again!

Great house and location

Nice, clean house in a great location for Mid-town. 2-3 miles from the Zoo, aquarium, World of Coke and Fernbank museum. House was well stocked and clean. We loved the upstairs area that was great for the kids to have their own space. Highly recommend.

Amazing Home and Incredible Host

When I arrived at the home, I was greeted by a a sign on the front door welcoming me by name. Upon entering, I found a very clean and inviting home that allowed me to feel relaxed and very comfortable. I could go on in extreme detail, but to keep it short, amazing home, amazing hosts, conveniently located, quiet and clena neighborhood. I will definitely look to book this home on any of my future trips to Atlanta.

This property was on the very edge of midtown, closer to downtown than I would’ve liked. It was very nice knowing the owner was willing to set the alarm but I would’ve preferred to be able to control it myself allowing for longer hours of security. I had to pick set hours to arm and disarm and then let the owner know if I wanted to disarm otherwise which made me feel like I needed to pick a small window of hours so as not to be a nuisance if we forgot something in the car. Everything was clean, the host communicated when needed and everything was just ok. The bedrooms were bare bones- bed and bedside table(s), nowhere to really unpack items, thin bed linens and not very comfortable mattresses, no TVs or fans available for 2 downstairs rooms. The living area furniture was not comfortable for lounging but was fine. I’ve stayed in several short term rentals that range in feeling from “this is strictly an income property” to “we want our guests to have the most amazing stay” and this was an income property. I’m glad we only stayed 2 nights.

We have a French Bulldog and own a yoga studio in Midtown. We both played competitive sports in our youth, still live a relatively active life, love to travel, experience different cultures, meet new people, enjoy the arts, eat rich and healthy foods, drink red wine, socialize with friends, spend time with family, and have fun celebrating life.
