Adam is a terrific host: warm, engaging and responsive. The house was perfect for our needs. Beds were very comfortable, house was immaculately clean and the location a one minute walk from Piedmont Park was perfect. We travel to Atlanta frequently and will be sure to stay with Adam again!

Great house in perfect location

This house was just as described. It was very clean and spacious. It was an easy walk to Piedmont Park but not on the busy road. Adam was very responsive with any questions I had. Parking was great.

This home was absolutely fantastic! Not just beautiful but comfortable!! Adam and his husband were fabulous hosts! They were so helpful and responsive when we did need, but we felt we were in our own home. They helped take care of every need, even setting up the pack n play knowing we were arriving late. The extra recommendations were truly wonderful. The location can’t be beat if you want to be close to everything! We’ll be back, and recommend you look at this beautiful home for your next stay in Atlanta!

A little gem in Midtown

We were in town for a swim meet ant GA Tech and could not have found a house that was more perfect for the three of us. The location was perfect – safe and just a few steps from Piedmont Park. The house was clean and comfy, and we were grateful to have a driveway. We recommend staying here and will rebook next time we are in Atlanta.

Although we were only there for one night we will definitely stay here again. The host is very accommodating. The half house is very well stocked with everything we needed and the hosts even included a water dishes for the pups. It is clean, contemporary and comfortable. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience. Oh, and if you’re interested, Piedmont Park is just down the street.

Cute condo in great location

House is very cute and convenient to lots of things. The owner is very nice and helpful with providing information. We had a few requests regarding cleaning when we first arrived and Adam was super responsive and took care of it right away. Check in and out was simple. We had family with younger kids with us. But if you are looking for a good spot for bar hopping or going out in a nice neighborhood, this would be great for that!

Spacious unit, great location.

Came to Atlanta for the first time for a wedding with a friend. The downstairs had a spacious living area and well appointed kitchen, along with a half bath. The upstairs has two nice bedrooms with a full bath. Everything was as described. The location across from the park is amazing and the driveway parking was as easy as could be. The hosts were very communicative and responsive . I’d definitely stay here again on a return trip

Perfect Stay

Fantastic home and location. Our hosts were super responsive and flexible in our checkout time. Our son lives in midtown so we wanted to be close by. The property is a beautiful 2 story home off a side street right across the street from the park. We woke up, saw runners, dog walkers, beautiful homes and greenery everywhere. 2 blocks away from a coffee shop where they remembered our order the next day. Colorful, rainbow crosswalk, and super busy breakfast spot and bar. What more do you need? We felt right at home.

Hard to gain entry when we arrived.

We were told and shown how to gain entry and put in the code we were given and it didn’t work, maybe it was us, maybe not.. it took about 30 to 45 minutes for the host to respond.. it was very cold and I had already booked another room at a hotel.. The host responded just in time… all in all we had a great time.. accommodations were great!
