Buckhead, Atlanta and its surrounding areas offer an abundance of entertainment, business, medical and education facilities.

Buckhead is one of the most well-known and desired neighborhoods that offers a diverse, trendy upscale city feel located just minutes away from Downtown, Atlantic Station and Midtown.

Our guests will have easy access to great restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation and shopping while exploring Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza and the other amazing shopping areas surrounding the property. The Atlanta Beltline, Piedmont Park and explore more of the city’s newest attractions such as Ponce City Market and Krog Street Market.

This area is alive with the best Atlanta has to offer. Enjoy the arts, culture and entertainment life with nearby social gatherings, events, clubs, lounges, and bars.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
* Guests will receive a Rental Agreement for review and signing before their travels.


PHOTO ID
• A valid photo ID is required before check-in.


SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD
• Suite Connect manages all refundable security deposits without applying a charge.
• Guests must place a $350 security deposit HOLD on their credit card for reservations lasting 60 days or less, covering potential incidentals. The hold is released upon check-out and property inspection if no incidents occur.
• Cash platform options are available for those who prefer not to use a credit card.
• Security deposits ranging from $350 to $2000 depending on the length of stay.


PARKING & VEHICLE REGISTRATION
* Vehicle registration is required to receive a parking pass.


LUGGAGE HOLDS
• We cannot store luggage before check-in or after check-out, so plan accordingly.


SPECIAL REQUEST
• Special Requests are subject to availability, with potential additional charges. Contact your Host before traveling to confirm availability of special request amenities and community amenities.


COMMUNITY AMENITIES
• The apartment is located in a mid-rise community. We are not affiliated with the community management and do not have authority over the community amenities or amenity availability times.
• Some amenities may be unavailable without notice. We will inform guests promptly if we learn about specific amenity needs.

NOTE: The swimming pool is a seasonal amenity, typically opening in May and closing after Labor Day. During the pool opening season, the pool and other community amenities may close on occasion for maintenance without notice.
