Fairway von Ocean Winds und das Sumpfgebiet dahinter. Rehe, Landvögel, Reiher ... die Tierwelt umgibt Sie. Und doch sind Sie und Ihre Gäste weniger als 1,6 km von Seabrooks wunderschönen Stränden und erstklassigen Annehmlichkeiten entfernt - Beach Club-Pools, Restaurants im Pelican Nest oder im Island House oder Golf auf den beiden Seabrook-Golfplätzen.

Das Haus wurde wunderschön renoviert. Betreten Sie die kombinierten Wohn- / Esszimmer. Ein offener Grundriss mit Kathedralendecken schafft einen entspannenden Ort für Ihre Familie und Freunde. Das Wohnzimmer hat neue Möbel, einen HD-Fernseher mit Kabel / DVD und einen schönen Kamin. Das Wohn- / Esszimmer öffnet sich zum Wintergarten. Eine Wand aus Fenstern überblickt den Golfplatz und lässt gefiltertes Sonnenlicht das Haus erhellen. Es gibt einen Tisch für vier Personen - ein großartiger Ort, um ein kühles Getränk am Nachmittag zu genießen -, ein Sofa und einen weiteren Fernseher, der zum Spielen, Anschauen von DVDs und für einen Videorecorder verwendet werden kann. Das kleine Deck verfügt über Stühle zum Entspannen im Freien. Die Galeereküche hat Silestone Countertops und neuere Geräte. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Es gibt auch einen Gasgrill für Ihren Gebrauch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt (bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mit).

Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer in diesem Häuschen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, schöne Möbel und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Sie teilen sich ein Hallenbad mit Wanne / Dusche und großem Silestone-Waschtisch. Das Loft dient als 4. Schlafzimmer und hat zwei Einzelbetten

Dieses Cottage liegt 1,3 km vom Pelican Beach und 1,5 km von den Beach Club-Pools, Golfplätzen und Restaurants entfernt. Im Mietpreis sind die Zimmerkarten enthalten, mit denen Sie Zugang zu den Einrichtungen des Seabrook Island Club erhalten. Very comfortable!

Combined family vacation

My parents and nephew joined us for our annual trip to Seabrook Island this year. The Tarpon Pond cottage was beautifully decorated and got the seven of us with plenty of room for all. The location and view were wonderful as well, but the real gem is the inclusion of the amenity cards. It was fantastic to be able to access the Island Club pool, restaurants, and beach access each day. You really didn't even need to leave the island! It was a fantastic vacation!

Catching up with family

We like Seabrook because there is something for everyone. The Tarpon Pond 551 had a lovely view of the 17th Fairway. The porch room was our favorite gathering space for playing competitive board games at night. It got a bit noisy for the person attempting to sleep in the loft area however. The galley kitchen is adequate, but we really enjoy eating at the Pelican’s Nest. Delicious! Thank you for sharing your home to reunite and recreate with family!

Great Stay!

This was perfect for our family vacation for 5 people (3 adults and 2 boys - ages 6 and 9). There was plenty of room... the beds in the loft went unused. The glassed-in sun room with the additional TV allowed the boys to watch something while the adults watched something else and turned into a great play space for them. The washer and dryer, once we found them under the house :) seemed new and were full sized (different than other homes we have rented). With little kids this was a huge plus! We also made use of the bikes as well, which I don't recall seeing on the description, so that was a nice surprise. They were older but worked for our needs to get to and from the beach for morning runs/walks. This was our 4th year in Seabrook and our 2nd year renting a Tarpon Cottage... love their layout and plenty of space.

Lovely getaway!

We had never been to Seabrook Island and didn’t realize how remote and also lovely it is. I think the combo of residents and renters keeps the feel of the island unique to Other beach locations. Loved the larger stretches of beach, especially at low tide! It was wonderful to have a couple bikes to use as we hadn’t brought ours. It was never a problem to find parking foe the beaches either, which was nice. Lovely, relaxing family time!

Moldcation

Unfortunately, when we first arrived the house had a strong odor of mold. After looking around, we could see mold in the registers, inside the bar door, behind the closet doors and under the furniture. There was also a leak at the master toilet with mold. Three out of five of us started having symptoms right away, like tearing eyes and a headache. After reporting it, we were lucky enough to have the Property Manager switch us to another house for 4 nights. We were hopeful that they could clean up the mold. It never got done so we had to move the rest of the stuff out of this house and the new place again for the last 3 nights. We ended up in ocean front/view properties so it wasn't so bad, but much more of our vacation was centered around moving and mold discussions than we would have preferred. The last condo had mold too but not as much! We just cleaned as much off as we could off the furniture. Never had so many mold incidents on a vacation!

Hi Judy, I am very disappointed to read this. We had cleaners go into the first property you were at after you complained about mold. Upon your departure we had professionals come in for the ducts, AC, etc. and did not find any evidence of mold. They cleaned doors, ducts, vents - none of it was black mold. You even told me none of your family wanted to move, just you. After we moved you to the beautiful oceanfront property that was only available for 4 nights, then the rest of your family decided to move once they saw it. You let me know what a beautiful property it was too. I specifically checked with you to make sure everything was all right. I also checked with you when you moved to the 2nd property - and was told it was good - no mold. The service that oversees the homes does an excellent job. We do have a high level of humidity here in the south, but work very hard to keep the properties clean.

Quiet small home 15’ walking to beach

Simple vacation home 0.8 miles from the beach, and under magnificent old oak trees. 4 kids beds (mattresses may not be perfect for adults) and 2 queens. Three old bikes available (missing tool kit though). Good place for relaxing days at the beach. Seabrook is an outstanding island, and waters rich in wildlife.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that there was only one functioning beach chair.

Wonderful cottage except our little friends :/

The cottage is beautifully decorated! It’s the perfect size for a small family. Unfortunately, in the four nights we stayed we had 5 LARGE roaches!!! One of my friends left because she didn’t feel comfortable having her baby there. However, I called property management and they had someone out to spray within a few hours! We never saw another one.

Wonderful reunion with family and friends

We really enjoyed the stay at this home! We had friends and family coming and going, each which required a gate pass to get on the island. One friend did not have a pass so the gate agent give me a call and I gave a verbal confirmation-- they were very accommodating. Loved the free bikes included! Someone rode a bike almost every day while we were there. Very charming place.
