Seabrook ist eine familienfreundliche Insel - perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub für jedermann.

Dieses Tarpon Pond Cottage mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern wurde umfangreich renoviert. Die fabelhafte Küche wurde mit neuen Schränken, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit und vielem mehr eröffnet. Es ist umwerfend. Der Wohnbereich bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten für alle, die zusammen essen oder nach einem Tag am Strand einen Film schauen möchten. Der Wohnbereich wurde soeben um ein Ganzjahreszimmer erweitert. Viele Fenster lassen das Sonnenlicht aufhellen und bieten einen Panoramablick auf das 17. Loch von Ocean Winds und den Sumpf dahinter. Es gibt einen Gasgrill für Ihren Gebrauch und ein Deck gleich neben diesem neuen Raum zum Faulenzen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Fernseher und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und einen Fernseher. Ein weiteres französisches Bett und ein Fernseher vervollständigen das dritte Schlafzimmer. Ein komplettes Badezimmer befindet sich zwischen diesen beiden Schlafzimmern. Es gibt auch eine große Waschmaschine / Trockner. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Loft-Schlafzimmer mit zwei Ausziehbetten. Ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche befindet sich auf dem Dachboden.

Dieses Cottage befindet sich 1,3 km vom Pelican Beach und 1,3 km von den Beach Club-Pools, den Restaurants / Bars im Island House und dem Golfplatz entfernt. Im Mietpreis sind die Zimmerkarten enthalten, mit denen Sie Zugang zu den Einrichtungen des Seabrook Island Club erhalten. Mit diesen Karten haben Sie Zugang zu den Pools am Meer (saisonal), dem Restaurant / Bar Pelican's Nest (saisonal), dem Restaurant / Bar Island House, Golf und Tennis. Für alle Aktivitäten mit Ausnahme der Nutzung des Außenpools fallen zusätzliche Gebühren an.

Great Cottagw

Our family of eight stayed very comfortably in the cottage for Thanksgiving week. The kitchen was very well stocked and even included a crockpot, which was so helpful! We loved watching golfers, spotting deer and alligators, riding bikes, and taking long walks on the gorgeous beach. Seabrook is a gem and this cottage helped make the stay equally as wonderful. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable, but the rest makes up for it ten fold! We would definitely stay here again!

Our trip to Seabrook this year was nothing less than perfect! Tarpon Pond is our favorite area of Seabrook and Nancy’s place is nestled back in a quiet little corner where you have complete privacy to enjoy coffee on the front porch or a work call in the sunroom or on the small private back deck. The loft with two twin trundles and a bathroom was a great addition to the space! Weather was gorgeous. We watched dolphins strand feeding again which is always such a cool experience! We would definitely stay here in the future.

Seabrook Island Getaway

The property was clean and well supplied with everything needed for a nice getaway. The beds while not new were reasonably comfortable. We all fell in love with the sunroom spending most of our time there absorbing the view of the golf course and marsh. Seabrook Island is so peaceful and serene, very relaxing. The swimming pools were fun and comfortable and we enjoyed dining in the pool and resort dining facilities. Close enough to the pool and ocean to ride a bike there from the condo.

Great house for whole family!

This is a great property, with plenty of room for our 3-generation family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for all. It was clean and comfortable and just a short 5-minute drive to the beach or pool. We loved it here!

Can’t wait to go back!

The cottage was great! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The sunroom was our favorite. We spent a lot of time in that room. The mattresses in the bedrooms were ok. We also enjoyed the Amenities card which gave us access to the beach club. The beach club was very nice. I thought we were going to have access to the bikes at the residence but the code to the building was marked out. I should have reached out to the rental company to check on that but I didn’t. Overall it was a great place to stay and we look forward to coming back again.

Tarpon Cottage

Seabrook is absolutely amazing! This Cottage is a good location and is a great value for the money. The house will comfortably sleep a large family and has several eating and lounging areas. However, the beds are not super comfortable and the cottage is in need of a deep cleaning. Overall I would recommend!

Great location and a lovely furnished house!

Location is perfect, and the house itself is lovely. The setup of the rooms worked out perfectly for our family as well. However, a couple of things needed to be addressed. The upstairs loft area with twin beds needed a change of sheets as we found small dead bugs, we guessed that those beds hadn’t been used in awhile. The washer machine smelled musky and after doing a load of laundry, our clothes did too. The front loader door needs to be kept open but the location of the machine doesnt lend itself to that. And lastly, we had planned on using the barbecue but were unable bc it was very dirty and would have been time consuming to clean it properly. Overall, great property, and these things could easily be addressed.

Family vacation

Overall, we enjoyed this property. Our only Complaint was that the mattresses were very uncomfortable. There were five of us staying there and we were all unhappy with the mattresses, but it bothered my husband the most because he has a bad back. By the end of the week he could barely walk. For that reason, we would not rent this specific property again. The rest of the house was wonderful.

Cute cottage perfect for friends and families

This cottage was cute and set up well for friends traveling together or families with the trundle beds in the loft. It had a lot of good spaces for WFH setups. It’s about a 4 mile walk from the cottage to do the beach loop using beach accesses 9 and 3a. I did this pretty much everyday with my pup to tire her out. We had rented a LSV (golf cart) which made accessing the beach club and other parts of seabrook really easy! Biking the island also was pretty convenient. It was a great week gathering with friends and celebrating in a beautiful location!!

Lovely property on beautiful Seabrook Island

We had a wonderful time staying at this Tarpon Pond cottage! It's spacious, well appointed and decorated, lots of new updates, and in an absolutely great location on the island. We would definitely love to stay here again! And Seabrook Island is a dream. Our favorite place in the world! Beaches, tennis, bike-riding, horse-back riding, golf, relaxing...everything we love to do on vacation.

Perfect Thanksgiving Get Away

SeaBrook Island is absolutely beautiful. The Tarpon Pond Cottage accommodated us (husband and I, son and wife, two children) perfectly. The weather was amazing for late November. We cooked a traditional Thanksgiving dinner in the small but well equipped kitchen. The bikes were great, as was the golf cart rental for taking advantage of all the community has to offer.

Wonderful Seabrook Escape

Every year we rent a place at Seabrook for a family vacation. This location at Tarpon Pond had plenty of room for 6 adults. The well stocked kitchen made dinner an easy event and we loved sunrise on the enclosed porch. It’s definitely a 5 star location.

Great Seabrook Getaway!

The house was wonderful. Our favorite and most used room was the sunroom. We used the bikes, the grill, the beach equipment, it had everything we needed. We had great communication with Coastal Getaways, they were very helpful and quick to respond. It was a wonderful family vacation and we hope to come back again and again.

Perfect Space for My Whole Family

Me, my husband, my 6 month old daughter, and my immediate family members stayed in this cottage for 4 nights. It was the perfect amount of space for the price, so everyone was comfortable. The check-in process is very detailed and tedious since it's a private island, but they gave us all the information beforehand that we needed to do everything successfully. The island was beautiful- my biggest complaint was that most of the places to eat lunch and buy drinks by the pool were shut down (which I didn't think to ask about beforehand) but it was still a nice visit and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I wish we had booked a longer visit!
